It has to be the best MCU experience for me. I come to make a Certificate of Health (TB) for Visa application and the service is pretty quick. The whole process takes me less than 1,5 hour. The price for it is also competitive compared with other hospitals in Jakarta.

A highly recommended hospital that is very comfortable for your family. very helpful and most complete equipment. customer and patient service, from nurses, doctors and other specialties who are very experienced and friendly.

I registered for the appointment the day before, so regular appointment is already not available and I had to be on the waiting list. However the registration center via phone call was straightforward and helpful that I could be registered and guaranteed appointment the next day, though possibly at the end of the visiting hours.

The online checkin service through MySiloam app was handy so I could just go directly to the nurse station, while having my insurance payment setup handled upfront.

Queueing time turns out to be not as long, and I like how I can monitor the progress of the visit on the app.

The appointment was great, this is my 2nd time visiting dr. Agietha and I like how she's very communicative. In the first visit I asked quite some questions regarding my condition and she gave thorough and detailed information. She's also very nice and welcoming.

Payment process was fine. I liked how you only need to drop the prescription and have it prepared right after while waiting for the payment settlement. Since I'm using insurance, some additional time is expected to settle it with Admedika. But no problem whatsoever and in the end I just had to sign some of the invoice and documents.

The prescribed medication was ready the time I just reached the Pharmacy on lobby level, so no extra waiting time. The pharmacist gave a clear instruction of the use of the drugs, then I was done with the visit. Overall it took me around 1.5 hours. Satisfied with the overall service.

One of the best Hospital, the Doctors, Nurses and administration staff are friendly and professionals.
The only thing need improvement is waiting room at 22 flr for BPJS patients

Had medex for pre employment up here. The staff were helpful and friendly. The doctor who examined me, dr. Ratih, was very fun and clear while explaining all of the test that she did and the questions i had. At that time, I forgot to bring my vaccination card, yet they really need it for the record to the company which I am gonna work for, then Nurse Elly just gave me her number in order i could send the pic of vaccination card through whatsapp instead. How convenient. Last but not least, the meal they provided for me after the blood draw was quite tasty, let's say best hospital meal i ever had.

MRCC Siloam Hospital Semanggi is a nice and clean Hospital, it's comfortable too, they have great hospitality. A wide place also. But a bit cramped parking area. They have many dedicated doctors and nurses. Overall MRCC Siloam Hospital Semanggi is a recommended Hospital. Thank you.

As when you enter the lobby, the vibe is very positive, like you entering a mall not hospital. There is a coffee shop, mini market, restaurant, ATM center, conference room, many large parking area. This building has 36 floors. Inpatients wards located on the 30th- 35th floor. The PA system is in English, but however not all staff speak good English, even the doctor.
Doctor consultation costs around IDR 500K. admin fee IDR 60K. The medicine, if you choose to buy from their pharmacy is more expensive than other pharmacy outside. But usually they offer you either you will buy from them or other pharmacy. The whole building is very clean spacious and free from that common hospital smells. Even during pandemic, the staffs and doctor still dress normal, professional attire like in office, that again gives you vibe not to feel so sick or in hospital. All staff from the bell boy, admin staffs, secretary, pharmacist, nurses & doctors are very friendly and attentive. They provide power bank rental for your convenient. So with all those facilities, no surprise that they come with high price tag. Hope this help

Came here to accompany someone to get a PET-scan because not all hospitals in Jakarta has that facility... Registration is quite easy... You know this is a high-end/high class hospital when they have an automated-piano playing music by itself in the lobby. No ATM BCA in this place, too bad (for me)...

Very good doctor (Dr. dr.Jeffry Beta T)and dr. Darmawan Lesmana (professional doctor at digestive surgery). Very fast recovery after surgery. Very clear and good explanation from doctor and ODC Staf. Profesional ODC staff. Now, there’s improvement with clear time reservation from ODC. Good job 👏
