Everything was amazing, we knew it was gonna be great but not THIS great!! Every single dish we had here were on spot.

We went there to have lunch and we had a really good time.
The thing I immediately noticed was the atmosphere of the restaurant. The interior design is classy and aesthetic. The music fits the vibes of the place perfectly. Also the staff is really nice and helpful.
In addition to the three course menu we chose, we also received some fresh bread with butter and brownie bites. Every meal had a little twist to it, they were not the usual traditional dishes you would expect. The meals were delicious and beautifully served.
Overall we had a lovely time there.

We are almost regular guests at Pajta, and as a Hungarian I can say, that it is truly unique restaurant. Not only the food is exquisite but also the service, the ambience and the whole experience is unparalleled.

In case you are in the area, please visit. You will not regret it.

We celebrated my birthday at this wonderful location, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The tasting menu has spoken for itself. Check the pictures. Moreover, Pajta's interior design is exquisite and tastefully done. This hidden gem is located near the Slovenian border, and we absolutely loved it!

Nice ambience with simple but moder architecture with open views on nature and friendly but professional staff. Our degustation menu (9 courses) was same as ambience simple, with idea, connect with nature and tasteful. Each of dishes was outstanding and well paired with wines.

Pajta is a great choice if you want some fine dinning for normal price.
+ FOOD (delicious, extravagant but tasty, big portions, authentic, etc.);
+ ATMOSPHERE (calm, nature, natural brightness in restaurant, cozy music, beautiful design of the restaurant);
+ STAFF (polite, everybody speaks English, they make you feel like home);
+ PRICE (10 course menu + wine pairing for 2 persons = around 130 euros).
All in all amazing experience, I will definitely come back again.

Well worth the visit! Dedicate 2-3 hours for a dinner, this is a kind of slow life place with customer care at its best. Some ingredients are grown locally, some even on the spot. Reservation is highly recommended.

Pajta became currently the no 1. , a must go place to visit in Hungary! Located in the less known Orseg region, you would find yourself in a truly unique athmosphere, with mouthwatering dishes and drinks on reasonable price the full experience reaches top levels due to the kindness of the team. When eating out at Pajta make sure you you arrive punctually and you don’t rush your foodie experience- save some time to walk around the big field that surrounds that fantastic restaurant. I had been lucky enough to eat at many Michelin star restaurants or restaurants that have been in the Michelin guide however Pajta is truly my fav! This is how good they are! They have vegan friendly menu - you just need to ask for it! Don’t forget to make a booking in advance!

An amazing find in park surroundings. A proper small restaurant with world/class food and knowledgeable and friendly owners. A true gem worth seeking out. The chef’s tasting menu was spectacular, but others in our party were also happy with their individual selections.

Really the best countryside fine dining location from Hungary. In my opinion is much better than all other top-rated countryside restaurants visited by me. We spent a very pleasant evening with our family. A lot of fine dishes with perfect visual and taste details. The service was excellent. It is definitely not a fast-food location. Highly recommend for a fine-dining dinner.

Delicious food with pleasant atmosphere.

High quality food, similar prices. It was very nice to have gluten-free, lactose-free options. The dishes were superb and the coffee also. Highly recommended to visit if you are in that region of Hungary.
