Beautiful view to the lake Balaton... crickets are making the music.
There are seats inside and outside too. Spacious, you can feel good and have your own space. Also, the food has more than enough space on the table.
For the kids, there is a little playground corner with a real bunny.
The food was delicious. All of them.
The service was perfect. Staff members were professional and not overly friendly, with a sense of humour. Our waiter gave us good suggestions.

Excellent food, we had the goose liver and lamb, several shots of Hungarian palinka and vine. For desert we had chestnut purée and cream and a chocolate soufflé. Killer views of lake Balaton. Highly recommend. Book in advance and be on time. A very busy establishment.

The place is located outside the main crowded area - on a hillock overlooking lake Balaton. The place is majestic and I was super happy to be there. Food, service, ambience and location is superb.

The waiters even did not accept tips as service charge is included in the bill.

A truly hidden gem on the northern coast of the Balaton lake. Amazing views, good food and nice service.
Reception is a bit of a weird one, no one is there to greet you, you need to walk up to a waiter and ask where to sit or what to do. Kinda awkward. Once you get through that, the staff is friendly, they all speak multiple languages too.
There are many options for all types of diets and the kitchen is flexible. They are happy to change the dish to accommodate your needs and they are also super fast.
I recommend it to anyone who is around to try this place.

Old favorite of mine, you can't go wrong with any of their dishes. Want something crunchy and dry, or something juicy and tender, they have it all. Great view onto the bay of Tihany, highly recommend!

The views in this place are amazing and peaceful! The food was great! Chicken Paprikas and Gypsy platter were to die for! Consistent dishes for a price that is totally worth it! The service was also really friendly and great! Totally worth a drive for good food and friendly and quality service!

Reservation is needed especially to sit outside but it was our lucky day that we could find a table to sit without a reservation. I liked the pork knuckle. Breaded chicken was also nice. View from the terrace is also very beautiful.

Good traditional meals by always changing menu. The panorama to the lake trough the hills is amazing. Playing possibility for children, so for families with children also a good chance. Animals on the ranch too.
Highly recommended, don't miss out.

We were recommended by a local worker. It's tucked out of the way but has a great dinning balcony with a view of Balaton in the distance. The food was very nice. If they have it on the menu try the fish soup... Omg I loved it.

Amazing views, super friendly and professional staff, food comes fresh and in large portions. Possibly one of the last remaining true Csardas in the area.
Could use some more meatless options though, but hey, we're in Hungary, right?

Delicious Hungarian cuisine with friendly service. We booked the table on phone and received warm welcome as arrived. Didn't wait much for the food, get decent portions and the children loved the kid's menu. The restaurant located on the hillside above Balatonudvari and the terrace with the tables faced to the spectacular view of the Balaton. The prices reflect the quality but is a well spent money, absolutely worth it.

Amazing place, fantastic food, time after time. We made this for our "home restaurant" and decided to make it easier by instead of trying to pick the best dish, going through the menu and order different dish every day. I believe it is the first time I can honestly say: every dish, no matter if pork / beef / fish or pasta,, fried / boiled or cooked, - IS DELICIOUS. The service is fast and polite! Well done for keeping a high standard and not dropping it whilst getting popularity!
