It's accurate in time , fast and polite even when you didn't get the order from the first time .

Always punctual and the delivery man is friendly and helpful. It is easy to change the delivery day or time if necessary but I wish they would give a shorter expected delivery time as 3 hours is rather long!

Fast, efficient, well informed by SMS prior about the expected time of the parcel arrival. The delivery boy is nice, polite and it looks like he loves his job due to his good service. Packaging also arrived in a very good condition.

GLS has not failed any of the deliveries I had so far. As an absolute beginner in Hungarian, I would love to have the notifications in English as well, but other than that the team are doing really well, and the couriers are always friendly and on point! Kösönöm szépen!

GLS are unfailingly efficient and pleasant to deal witrh.

I can't judge the company itself, as a property manager I've met every currier company for sure.

What I can tell, our delivery guy, Zoli is a world class and I'm very grateful for it as most of the companies and their curriers are below the minimum expectation.

He is above. I just hope the company is fair and takes good care of their people.

the best delivery service in Hungary! I use mostly the csomagpont but also with the house delivery, I never had an issue. All the staff is so nice and polite, and always delivering between the promised timeframe.

Good delivery service. We always get more SMS-s and emails about the parcels, where it is, when it will be delivered, not only the day but the hours from-to, and they always arrive in time. The driver is very polite and helpful.
