Park Inn by Radisson Zalakaros Hotel & Spa

This hotel is PERFECT. We have been in many hotels in Hungary because we live in Budapest, but ParkInn in Zalakaros was in 100% the best. Hotel very modern, Staff very kind and professional, they speak good english. Rooms are very nice and clean. Spa - WOW. Everything you need for children, a lot of spaces for adults and children: saunas, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, playgrounds. And the best for the end: food. Meals are sooo delicious! There is a lot of food, breakfast, lunch or dinner is just amazing. Children's menu is just a great idea! So in general for us this weekend was just wonderful. So bad it was just 2 nights stay 🥰😅 strong 5/5.

One of the best location around Zalakaros. I stayed here several times for business and private. Hozel staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is connected with the Zalakaros Spa where you can enjoy thermal pools onside and outside with children as well also during winter.
Food is delicious with a wide broad of selection.

We were a family of 5 adults, the family room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is modern, clean and cozy. Excellent quality of food, different dishes every day in dinner buffet, big selection of desserts, main dish, drinks, etc. The staff is very polite, helpful and professional. The spa and wellness is just perfect. Very satisfied. Highly recommended!

We found almost everything perfect. Excellent food, comfortable and clean room with all equipment for a baby, very kind and helpful staff, nice and large spa. People who work there are amazing! We were so surprised by their kind approach. In short, we were really satisfied.

There is only one place which needs an upgrade - A children's corner. There are some video games for older children and also some for babies in the same place but there is no restriction about shoe usage, which is not hygienic because small children crawl on the carpet. We also felt a weird smell, most probably from the cigarettes smoking, which is deeply connected with the carpet. Based on these facts we decided to spend our play time with our baby in facilities provided by Spa.

We were for the second time at the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel. We were really positively surprised with this hotel: warm welcome in the reception, very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms, great choice of dishes, free access to the sauna and a large selection of swimming pools.
The Hotel is well located and connected to the thermal riviera. So sure - we will come back!!!

It's a 5 star hotel experience! The double rooms are also comfortable for 3 people. Food is excellent! We were in the hotel in peak season, but the service was fast and the staff was very kind. I recommend this place for everybody (with and without children as well).

The family rooms are huge, the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are pretty good, lunch is ok, dinner is also good with a huge variety. Not so many Diary/Gluten free option, mostly only if you are asking it.

i spent a week in this locationhotel and i was very positiv surprised. the staff was friendly and the rooms are clean and huge. the bathroom is great enough for the body and you have all of everything .a great shower and always fresh towel.

This is a great place to take the family away for a fun vacation. The hotel is directly connected to the water park, making things very easy. Our room was nice, and as it was new no issues. The food at hotel was all very good, and we very much liked the fact that they offered more local choices on the menu and not just the standards. There were no issues, and we were not nickel and dimed during our stay. They are still working out a few minor issues to work out as they are so new, but nothing significant. We would definitely stay again, and hope to in the future.

Our second time here and definitely worthy again. Kind and helpful staff, absolutely excellent food and simply great place to relax. Hope we will come back again in the future.

We had a good time at here for one night. Nice and clean room, very kind staff and professional behaviour. The wellness is free of charge but very busy. The food is alright nothing special, the breakfast is the usual "intercontinental"... But hey, best hotel around here!!!

Perfect place for family with small children. A lot of various pools.

Clean hotel, super close to the waterpark. Helpful and polite staff. Wonderful, and I can’t stress enough, wonderful food variety. We were very lucky, as it wasn’t crammed. We had a nice and peaceful time there.

A 4 star hotel in real good shape. Nice rooms. Receptionist are very friendly. Waiters are very efficient, well organised dining area, but they could be a bit more chearfull :) Food choice and quality is mediocre. It is priceless that the Thermal spa is directly linked to the hotel.
All together it was a very pleasent exprerience, will come back in somertime, when the outer area and all the slides will be open.

Great option with kids. Stuff was super super nice. Water park is really nice.
Only down side is that almost no vegetarian options.
Highly recommend.

Park Inn by Radisson, nice hotel in center of Zalakaros. We must try it before..... so next time much more in my opinion....from expirience... 🌇👨‍👩‍👧🛏🛋🚿

Great food, great personnel, the rooms were modern and clean, the aquapark, hot tubs and wellness was reasonable, we enjoyed our stay!
