We liked a lot in the hotel. Nice and welcoming atmosphere with delicious food anc spacious wellness area. Superb!

Nice hotel, good service. The only negative I may mention that the hotel itself is a little garish with many artificial lamps, decorations, curtains and statues. I found this too artificial. I prefer natural materials, ornaments and simplicity in the outfit.

Wonderful decor, brilliant service, relaxing yet invigorating destination.
The Spa pools inside the hill are amazing. Follow channels through like catacombs full of beautiful warm water. Indoor Waterslides are timed and loads of fun for all age groups.
Massage and other services all available here, if you forget your swimmers... You can buy them at the shop.
The restaurant is wonderful and the service is brilliant.
Spend at least 3 nights here.

Great family fun, only minor negatives are there are some signs of age showing and areas that could use a touch up.

This place is amazing. Great service, clean rooms. Amazing buffet food and also option to order from restaurant. The people are lovely and very welcoming. And the baths are very clean.. lovr the water slides

We spent 2 nights in this resort and the hospitality-service was outstanding. Rooms are just another level!!

Very nice hotel and staff recently built hotel that meets every expectation. Liked the subway trips. A bit expensive though.

The caves are relaxing. There are a few slides if you want to get a little adrenaline rush.
