I had an AMAZING experience at Jerolim -- maybe one of the best memories I have from my trip to Croatia and Montenegro. I stumbled upon this place while looking for a souvenir shop and ended up staying for almost 3 hours! I got to try all of their delicious olive oils, sugar coated almonds, olive tapenade (THE BEST), liquors made in their own distillery, fruit marmalade, as well as their essential oils and natural perfumes. Every single thing was outstanding (and organic by the way), if I didn't have a weight limit I would have bought it all!! Jerolim and his wife are extremely passionate and knowledgeable about olive oils as well as the use of natural, homeopathic remedies. Their olive tree farm is only a short distance away so you know it's all extremely fresh. I will never forget this night that I had just talking to them and hearing their story over some delicious homemade wine as well as cheese drizzled with that lemon olive oil OMG. Jerolim's story is so inspiring, you will fall in love with them as well as their olive oils! If you are in Korcula, I one million percent think you should take a day trip to Vela Luka and visit Jerolim as well as some of the beautiful beaches that are a short water taxi away! I've already promised Jerolim and his wife I would be back, my next trip to Croatia would not be whole without it!! Only regret is not buying more of the tapenade and olive oil!

Most amazing place. Had the most wonderful evening with Marita and Jerolim. They are the most interesting people,their olive oils, perfumes, tapenad, sugar coated almonds, wine, absinthe, essential oils were all
incredible. You can taste their passion in the olive oil and alcohol. Marita showed us her collection of sprays, perfumes and essential oils. I am convinced she knows everything there is to know about them! I walked in looking for some olive oil for a gift and walked out with 3 bags of things and a promise to return next year. Highlight of our stay in Vela Luka!

Marita is so lovely, generous and knowledgeable. Not to mention the insanely good olive oil (we loved the bitter orange and basil but they were all phenomenal).

Amazing to see her garden full of fruit and even a family of tortoises having breakfast.

A very short walk from the marina which is quite close to the town centre.

Don't miss Jerolim in Vela Luka! Family owned business begun 36 years ago by Jerolim and Marita with a few olive trees. They now have their own distillery where they make organic essential oils and their own mill where they make award winning olive oil. That is just the beginning. You can find all sorts of organic items at Jerolim ranging from rakija to marmelada to candied fruit peel to soaps, shampoos and candles to olive tapenade and more. Every item is certified organic. They have a lovely small garden at their shop watched over by 3 blue eyed cats and a huge pink English rose. Marita can explain the medicinal uses of each essential oil. She pointed out that years before pharmacies, people knew which plants and herbs to use to deal with pain and illness. She is a cornucopia of information! Jerolim himself is likely to offer you a taste of rakija...anisette is particularly delicious. This hardworking couple has won awards and distinctions from both Croatia and the EU. In our fast-paced "do it now" world, Jerolim is an oasis of peace and tranquility. They offer food for body and soul. Do not miss this unique, lovely place.

Very lovely place to buy unique local specialities. The gin is excellent, but also the travarica is worth a try. Good choice of essential oil and soaps.

We had a great visit with the Jerolims. They explained how they made a wide assortment of products: oil, soap, jams, liquors and more. I only wish I could have carried more of these wonderful products home with me!

Incredible small business, lead by a wonderful and passionate couple, who love olives, scents and the process of creating awesome olive oils. Everything is locally grown, according to all bio regulations, in small quantities and prepared with a lot of love.

Delightful visit to this lovely couple's tasting shop in their house. Evidently passionate about producing items in an ecologically sound, simple manner, and pleased to share these with interested folk and explain their craft. A lovely, generous moment spent here. Delicious oils, first in Croatia to receive European health certification. Also delicious liqueurs, and essential oils and soaps made too.

Super natural olive oil, also blendend with herbs. Natural herb extracts plus knowlegable information in English and German. One of the highlights of our stay in Korcula island.

We love this beautiful place which is for us herbal medicine lovers more like a natural pharmacy than a regular store. With passion self grown, handmade natural products by a lovely couple! We enjoyed the conversations with them very much and can only recommend to visit them when in Vela luka! Hopefully we stay in contact and meet again. Best wishes to you two!

This is not a shop, it's a whole life-changing experience!

This place was recommended to me in the turist information office in Korcula. I went there after a visit in a cave and did not expect anything special, maybe to buy some organic products as souvenirs from Croatia.
When I entered the place, I was welcomed by the owners, Marita and Jerolim, and offered fresh bread with flavoured olive oils to taste (DELICIOUS :) ).
Soon I've learned about the story of the place and owners themselves; about their daily life and the way their products are prepared. And let me tell you - every single thing, oil, gin, jam, syroup or even soap or perfume - was just amazing. Everything made with heart and passion, beautifully packed.
Still, the best part of the visit to me was the opportunity to meet those amazing, warm people, listen to their story, laugh and drink together, take pictures and feel like I was spending time with good friends.
Please, dont leave the island without visiting this gem - Korcula is an amazing island, and Jerolim&Marita are just as amazing people.

Absolute must whilst in the city! Owners extremely knowlegable and welcoming, kept us entertained for over an hour. Products of super high quality, everything made from scratch and grown by the owners. We left with several bags, but still feeling like we didn't get everything we wanted.
