Amor's Restaurant

One of best dinners I've ever had! Found it by accident after visiting the top of the hill Hum which is about 1 km away and worth visiting because of the beautiful view on Vela Luka as well as the whole western part of the island. Made a reservation for the next evening immediately after seeing the view from the terrace. What a romantic setting with the one million dollar view especially at the sunset! Best of all was the food, we've had shrimps for appetiser, swordfish for main dish and fruit tiramisu for desert. Needless to say the fish was fresh and perfectly prepared on the grill. Mmmmmmm, have to return one day soon!

This location is so special. It was the best evening so far in Croatia. The two hosts are very kind and opened the closed restaurant for us nine. They prepared a very nice cold dish for us and it was fantastic. We had wine and cold beer. The sunset was so beautiful.... undiscribeable. Perfect evening.....

Probably one of the most untypical, eccentric and great people you can meet not just on Korčula but elsewhere as well - Amor. We miss you man and hope to visit you soon again.
Just a small glimpse on the atmosphere - you practically eat what they catch and have in an ambient what is their home. It's a place with a soul and Amor and his wife and kids are the biggest part of it. Cheers.

The most beautiful dinner with a view. The food is local and very good, prices are ok and the host is great. Been there last year, this year and most surely next year.

We visited twice for dinner during our stay on the island. Both meals were superb. The choice is fish or meat. We had fish both times. The building is quirky, the views magnificent, even across to Italy. Get there in time for sunset. Family run, charming hosts. Highly recommended. Don't follow directions on Google maps! Take the turning to Hum by the big Tommy supermarket outside Vela Luka.

I loved this place atmosphere, it has a vibe - it's hard to explain you need to go and check it out yourself. Amor's is located on top of a hill with great views of the sea and the sunset, try to make it there just before sunset time and you won't regret it. The food was very good; fresh, local and well made. You need to call ahead and reserve a table, you will be asked if you prefer meat or fish; 3 courses are served: a first course of cheeses and cold cuts, a main course according to your preference and dessert. I really enjoyed the homemade bread they serve with the antipasto. Prices are very fair for the quality and the portions.

It was so beautiful! Amor and his family were so lovely to us. We spontaneously stopped after a long hike. The swordfish and the prawns were perfect 👌 The local wine was also very tasty. It's better to reserve.

Beautiful place and large portions of delicious food. It is imperative to reserve by phone and choose whether you want to eat fish or meat. Everything else then decides the chef du cuisine (or the daily fish catch).

Easy to find: take the small street in front of the big Tommy supermarket in Vela Luka and follow it up to the mountain Hum. Approximately 500m before the summit (worth a visit before eating), a small road branches off to the left. Follow it to its end and you will see the Small Castle (amor's Restaurant) in front of you.

I just speak greatly about this restaurant. The food was great and owners wonderful people . And especially I have to remark that everything was fresh. I highly recommend the shrimps and the cevapcici!
