I followed the beginner’s course with two friends and our experience was amazing. We learnt many new moves in only 4 days and on the last day, we all had a really good feeling of windsurfing. Ivan is a great teacher and we cannot wait to be back next year 😊

I booked a 2 hour session with the owner and it was great fun and very effective. It was the second time I've ever been on a windsurfer and during the training I just fell into the water once.
One notices that the goal of the school is to get you surfing as quickly as possible.
I can highly recommend it.

I've made 6 of a 8 hours beginner lessons package. The photo is of the 3rd hour... With the good teaching of Ivan made of techniques, manouvers, tips you can understand really soon how to begin (and develop) in the windsurf world. Really empathic teacher and very good gear...🤙

A group of us did a beginner’s windsurfing course. Ivan is an excellent instructor, a very kind, patient and professional and within only 8 hours, he taught us so much. The surfing center is located right on the beach under the pine trees where you practice before going into the sea. Definitely coming bacj next year :)

Not only this guy is incredibly knowledgeable about the wind and the mechanics of sailing, but his dedication and patience are unmatched. He takes the time to explain every detail, making sure you understand not just what to do, but why you're doing it. His passion for teaching shines through, and he genuinely celebrates his students' successes. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor to guide me into the world of (wind)surfing. We took 10 hour beginner course, each lesson was split into two parts: practicing on a simulator on the shore and practice on the water. Ground practice was extremely helpful followed by detailed, step by step explanations from Ivan. All the information and moves are now well structured in my head, so hopefully I won’t forget anything when coming back on an advanced course ;)

This was my first time ever windsurfing (or surfing for that matter), but the course was so clear and effective that I immediately got hooked!
I also did a few lessons with the owner/coach and it was great! Cannot recommend this place enough!

The experience was great. Ivan is a very good teacher and even though I had time for only 2 lessons, I learned a lot of new stuff and it was a big fun!

Ivan is a kind-hearted, open, honest and direct person and so far the best windsurfing instructor my kids have met. After all, we have been to some of the most prestigious surfing spots in Europe and the son as an advanced and high-performance athlete can draw many a comparison.
As one of the best surfing, windsurfing and sailing professionals in international championships, Ivan is very well versed in the world class, knows the most modern methods and knows how to teach them didactically, no matter if beginner or professional. I was surprised that he playfully switched between Croatian, English and even German when he had a mixed group.
Even with the younger daughter, he was able to ensure rapid progress as she was almost a beginner, so that I, as an older caliber, let myself be carried away to do a beginner's windsurfing course with him, which I have anything but regretted.
Another thing to give Ivan a lot of credit for is that he is very responsible. When weather or currents pose a risk, safety comes before earning money. He has very much experience, so it is good to be patient and trust him.
Other than that, even with me - everything took a little longer as I got older - he was extremely patient and the instructions were great, helpful and precise. Exemplary, unprecedented and highly recommended.

Ivan made me finally understand windsurfing, best teacher ever! Great location, nice people and equipment is good for learning. Simulator really helps you understand what to do on the water. If you want to learn how to surf go here! 👍

I took 10h beginners course with Ivan the Sunnyboy, who is also the owner of this shack. Ivan is a guy of passion, a real pro whose only purpose was to teach our group how to windsurf effectively, safely and have fun. I totally recommend this place to everyone who wants to improve their skills.

I took a reminder lesson and it was great! Medo explained everything very well and we had a good time on the water.

I did advanced windsurfing course and I improved a lot! Ivan is a very professional teacher. He gave me many practical tips and corrected my mistakes. I finally feel I know how to windsurfing ! I highly recommend this school!

BiVillage is a great place to spend holidays but also to learn something new. If you want to try windsurfing I recommend the windsurfing school of Ivan Medic in Fazana. During 5 days of the basic course, thanks to his own method, he is able to teach you how to windsurf, so that you can really enjoy it and finally are able to windsurf on your own. Ivan Medic is a good trainer and I recommend him for all age groups and levels.

Great place to learn the art of windsurfing. Ivan will set you straight! Or better yet, zig zagy... Free parking in the back before 10am. Super flexible on timing, especially when the wind can make or break your sessions. Totally recommend if you want to learn and not hurt yourself 😉

This is such an amazing surf school! Very nice and competent teacher(s) that will help you in every situation with the best advices. Its always so much fun being there and the prices are very good.Also the sup yoga is always so nice. The advisor is very calm and patient.
10/10 I can totally recommend going there.

My friend and I had a great time both learning the ropes on the cool land simulator and out at sea. Medo is an awesome instructor who gives you extremely clear steps to follow, emphasises correct technique, and makes sure you know what you're doing at every point. We were windsurfing in no time, and definitely want to come back for more lessons!

I have been to numerous windsurfing spots and had pretty good feedback but Windsurfing Fazana is THE spot if you want learn to surf in beautiful adriatic sea. Instructor was awesome. He is 100% surf/sk8/hardcore punk. We had few noobies in our group and he manage to explain them everything. They were surfing 1 hour later like they have been on surfing school for a month! Respect to Medo and local crew. It was a blast!!!
