The pizza was delicious.The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were so kind to us and our boys. We hoped to be able to come back again some day!

We wanted to have pizza without the need to circle for parking around the downtown. Pizzeria Asterix is a perfect spot. Great pizza, great location! I had medium Monte Carlo pizza (tomato base, cheese, ham, bacon-felt very Canadian about it, mushrooms and egg), wife ordered small Tartufata (tomato base, truffles, cherry tomatoes, bugiola, arugola, ricotta). The medium pizza was large enough to overstuff myself. Next time I may order a small one. Both pizzas were delicious, dough was perfect - thin in the middle and spongy at the edges. Toppings were plentiful, more than we get on an average pizza. The service was friendly, with a smile, price was on the lower side, especially comparing to pizzerias in the downtown.
Peeking impolitely at the guests at the next table, we watched them order four large pizzas and watch open-mouthed as they arrived, on plates with the diameter of a truck wheel. I think each pizza of that size can easily feed 3, maybe even 4. We didn't stay long enough to see if they managed to finish what they ordered, but really doubt they could.
As for our experience - we loved it and will definitely repeat it.

Recommended spot to dine, outside the (expensive) center of Pula.

The best pizza in Pula or maybe even in Istra. Be ware the XL pizza is huge, enough for at least two adults. The tomato sauce is not to sweet or sour. The staff are friendly.

This pizzeria is little bit difficult to find because our navigatore sent us on the road that now is closed. Anyway after a first difficult we found this super pizzeria where pizza is really good. You can choose from many pizzas an the price is quite good for size and ingredients. Weitress was a good one. Two small pizza two drinks and two coffee 20 euros

This was one of the best, if not the best pizzas I've ever had. We ate the kitchen's speciality. There are 3 sizes of pizzas all at a reasonable price. The place is a bit crowded between 20.00 and 21.00 so I recommend to make a reservation. The service was also very good.
I had to add this story to this post: there was a man with his son waiting for a free table. Despite there was one free table the son only wanted to sit where we sat (typical story where the tail wiggles the dog...) . We overheard the conversation and told the waitress that if she wants, and if it helps, we can skip tables. We did so. The son with the father didn't even say a silent thank you... The waitress was very very kind as we found out that two of our drinks stayed on the house. I want to add that we didn't skip tables in hope of anything, however, we are very grateful for this kindness.

Very delicious and a great choice. I can recommend especially Pizza Asterix. Here you can mix up 1/3 of 3 different pizzas. Perfect to taste your top 3!!!

Charming place and warm welcome, speaking perfectly English. The pizzas are excellent and you can choose among 3 sizes. This will certainly match any wishes!

I recommand to take the "Asterix" pizza: it's a ⅓ + ⅓ + ⅓ pizza you can compose with any pizzas on the menu.

Excellent Pizza! You can can split it into thirds with 3 different flavors/coatings (The Asterix pizza). It's also very cheap compared to the size. Menu is very small. They also do delivery.

Delicious pizza - we got the Caprese and the Monte Carlo. Amazing value for money and good service. Definitely recommend!

Excellent pizza place with fast and professional service. Pizza dough is amazing, they even have gluten free and whole wheat flour dough if announced day in advance. Tartufatta is amazing combination.

Normal prices.Good pizza.They have an small,medium and extra large pie wich I recommend its enourmous and very good.They deliver too.

Nice pizza restaurant located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly and helpful staff. Honestly, we couldn’t spend there a lot of time because we had to leave Pula soon... One pizza and one beer were good for us to make our trip to Pula Airport. Cosy interior with some thematic pictures all over the walls. The prices are great as well!

Perfect food, great and very polite stuff. Very nice ambient. Prices are reasonable and we will certainly come back when visiting Pula again.
