The most delicious food I've ever eaten. Extremely fine fish tartar, fettuccine with squid and prawns, beef ribs. Extremely friendly staff and the owner, who comes to each guest and greets them. The best restaurant I have visited so far.

Beautiful setting, delicious fairly priced and good quality food. One of our best meals over the 2 weeks we've been here. The Roman gnocchi/ beef ribs were amazing!!! 😍

Stunning food, excellent local wine, impeccable service, with an amazing view. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful plus, free mooring if you dine at the restaurant. Would give 10 stars out of five if I could - well recommended!

Stopped here on a sailing holiday - free berth for the night if you eat in the restaurant. Absolutely worth it. From the seamless mooring in a stunning, secluded bay to the fantastic dining experience Maestral does not disappoint. For those who are sailing this is a great location - a safe harbour, protected on all sides. For those looking to eat a first class dining experience. Great service, great food, great location, great facilities. Price wise I'd say excellent value for money. Will definitely be diverting here on our way back!

The best dinner we had on Mljet, as well as the best wine list. So good we went two nights in a row! The owners couldn’t be nicer folks. More upscale than most dining options you will find in the area. Had to order the fish filet both nights, it’s that good.

Very good food, restaurant manager talks with the guests, WiFi available. It is very pricey. Restaurant owns the docking pontoons at the other side of the bay for visiting yachts

We had a delightful dinner here. The owner accommodated our request to come despite to restaurant being busy. Both him and who I believe was his son were extremely friendly and lovely to us.

The portions are not large, but the quality is excellent and different to the other food I tasted on the island. I would recommend it if you are in the bay and looking for a special food experience

amazing food, kind people, beautiful view ….black spaghetti is the best dish i have ever tasted….i would recommend this to anyone (with pošip on the side)

Arguably the best restaurant on the island of Mljet with local Dalmatian cuisine prepared in a modern way!

Tim and his sister Linda are great hosts. Lovely warm welcome, delicious food and wine. The view is fabulous. We used the restaurant mooring buoys both times and Tim came out to meet and help us each time. A great stop, we have been twice this trip. Love it.

Just amazing. You find this place on top of a beautiful cove. The service and food were really great, it feels family run. we both had the fish menu and had an absolute blast. The chef knows what he is doing, quality and seasoning is absolutely spot on. I fully recommend it, don't drive by without having dinner here!

What a lovely experience. Everything was made to perfection. We had the Octopus peca and it was AMAZING. We tried all the starters one better than another. The hosts are superkind and super friendly. You need to book in advance because it can be full sometimes

Cheese nyoki with pine nuts and basil oil was amazing. Very calm friendly service, cozy place and good food.

Recommended by our Sunsail skipper and he was absolutely spot on. Had a fantastic meal with the family. Very relaxed atmosphere and great service. Very reasonable price for the quality of food we were served. Easily the best meal I've had in many years.

Hosts, Linda and brother, Tim, welcomed us to this fabulous restaurant located high up in the port overlooking this quiet bay of Okuklje on the island of Mjlet!

Linda met us in the port where we docked for the night free of charge and had a lovely stroll to the restaurant located on the other side.

We had a table in the corner of the terrace with a magnificent view. The meal was beautifully prepared and delicious. Gluten free options were available for me and the service was great.

Spectacular food, got some traditional stuff, but majority is modern, a bit different but still focused on seafood and delicious. Staff is polite, quick and hospitable. One of the best meals I’ve ever had on Croatian coast (especially islands) and I’ve tried a fare share. Great job and just keep on with the good work :)

very nice family owned restaurant with a / depends on the table \ great view over the "town" - when we have been there they offered 7 meals where can chose 3 for around 240 kunas (individual choices are available too). quality / taste was too same with the service. our fav when we been to Mljet
