Very good food (diner and breakfast), very good service. Menu not very long - but everything fresh and tasty. Croissants for your morning coffee baked on site. Yacht mooring (including electricity and toilets) free of charge. Helpful and nice owners.

With seven boats in a flotilla, 43 people, Mario did perfectly. Helping hands on the dock when we arrived, very friendly and helpful people. Even breakfast at 8 in the morning. Simply the best we had during the whole week

Very good restaurant with good service. Stunning hospitality. Few places to park the boat on the shore and a buoys. A bit expensive but very good food. Traditional seafood peka with octopus was amazing. As peka needs at least 4 hours it’s a good idea to call the restaurant, reserve the table and order it ahead. We are giving 5 stars and our recommendation :) an if we will be sailing around Mljet again we will be back.

Beautiful place with a very nice atmosphere. The restaurant staff is very kind and the food is delicious. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Exceptional place with delicious food

To start with, we’ve been dropping at that place every now and then during summer 2022. Difficult to explain with words why it is so special, but the atmosphere there is truly incredible.

Quiet, peaceful, insanely beautiful, Konoba Maran is hidden in a small village Okukjle (Mljet island) among other islands around Dubrovnik. Far from touristic mess, far from shiny night life and crowded fun.

Here you can try out various sea food dishes as well as traditional cuisine items. We loved a dish called ‘Peka’ - and octopus smoked under a bell on a grill with vegetables. Highly recommend that one! Also, the stuff was also very friendly and welcoming.

So if you are ever planning to be around - definitely give it a shot, as the food, the setup and the stuff would not disappoint you.

Amazing place with free mooring, great ambient next to the sea and on top of all extraordinary food. We had octopus prepared on the traditional way- octopus under the bell- ispod sansije/peke. Seriously I never had such a meal, octopus was melting in our mouth. Octopus was baked with potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
If in Mljet, come to this amazing hidden gem of Okuklje, I really reccomend it 😻

Great food also service, we have been 4 people group on sailing boat. You have to make reservation, they do have mooring and also electric for the boat (includet in if You eat at restaurant). Fully recomend octopus ispod peky - you need reservation. Thank You and looking forward to see You again

Fresh black Octopus dish, lots of great local specialty dishes, including mussels. You can moor here free. Owners are extremely friendly and hospitable and service and food great! The best place to stop here! Several other restaurant locations we ate at around the islands were the same prices but the quality here was better!

Super nice staff, great coffee and breakfast/brunch, amazing location with superb view over Okuklje bay.

Very professional and friendly stuff. Portions were big and tasty! I had vegetarian plate (it was really vegan, only grilled vegetables), very delicious! Salad is also xxl size and potatoes! Everything was great!

Very good food with the view on village Okuklje.

As a vegetarian and with gluten free diet, had the best grilled vegetables in French, Italian and Croatian Coast. Also my mates enjoyed their fish food a lot.

Starting from the nice bay to stay and finishing with big and very tasty food. Very good place to moor when you are sailing near Okuklje (you can use restaurant moorings if you eat there). The staff was very friendly and the prices were comparable to other similar places.

This is the longest existing restaurant with mooring in this lovely bay. Nicely renovated and owned by a Swiss man. You can have water and electricity. The food is good but these years become the bay popular so many charter boats booking the places in advance. So book in time.

Can highly recommend Konoba Maran. Friendly quick service and delicious food. The fish carpaccio and deep fried squid were especially good.

We had a lovely lunch here. We arrived out of season. And we we're worried they'd have nothing much to eat but they were well stocked and we we're very well looked after. Thank you 😊. Would definitely recommend to other people.
