This winery was a revelation – from its scenic tasting place to the exceptional products. But what truly sets it apart is the heart and soul behind it, Bruno. This was the most incredible experience I’ve had at a winery! The wine was absolutely incredible and Bruno and his staff welcomed us like we were family. Trapan’s Syrah Moia, one of the top 100 Syrah’s in the world, was by far the best wine I’ve ever had. It is truly the perfect wine for any occasion. If you come to Pula you absolutely have to come here! I cannot recommend it enough!! You get to look at the beautiful dogs while enjoying unique wines with the most amazing flavours that you can’t experience anywhere else!

Wines and philosophy very good , great attitude to sustainable wine , some good wines on offer to taste from this knowledgeable enthusiastic wine maker. Plenty of dogs running around so a tolerance to dogs is important. Recommended.

Great atmosphere, excellent byodinamic wine celler. People from all around the world and if you like you can play with different fantastic dog varieties which are separated and on request only. Food is local and of great taste. Very, very domestic atmosphere. Excellent for familly with kids also.

Not just amazing wines but also the nicest service and hospitality. Every wine tastes amazing and has an interesting story behind. We were lucky that Irena prepared the beeftartar because normaly you have to preorder it. If you're in the region, make sure to pass by and preorder the food, it was the best and worth every cent!

We didn't have the pleasure to meet Irena but her husband was a warm, humble and karesmatic person. We had a good time with a lot of fun. We tasted a lot of good wines, I can personally recommend the rosé, you feel like your drinking spring in liquid form, WOW! We also enjoyed that we got at paper with photos of all the wines where we could write our preferences and thoughts. Trapan is a winery we want to come back to.

A plus is all the dogs. 😉

One of the highlights of out holiday! Great atmosphere, sunny day sitting outside, surrounded by dogs and goats while tasting amazing wines. We had a 'premium' testing and a mixed selection of cheese and cured meat. Wines were delicious, homemade, organic, local grape; food was local and tasty. Definitely worth a stop. Good value for price.

One of the best experiences in Istria you can have! Family Trapan are much more than just professionals, you will feel the passion and their love for wine. We were there as a group of friends and every one of us brought home another POV when it comes to wine. A must-have experience you will talk about to everyone!

Truly family run winery with friendly and relax atmosphere. The wine tasting was excellent. Organic and natural for both traditional and experimental Istrian wine. The cold cut and cheese platter was sourced from local artisans and paired beautifully with the wine. Highly recommend.

One of the best wine tasting experiences my partner and I have had. Every wine Bruno brought out was exceptional. His love and passion for what he does really shows, and makes the experience more personal. Though the food options are limited, they are exactly the right amount and the best compliment to the wine, featuring delicious local cured meat and cheeses, and delicious produce from their vineyard. We left with 6 bottles of wine, and feel like we should have left with more. There's a wine here for every palate and preference.

Wonderful experience! This is the best wine in all of Croatia. We did a wine tasting and got to sample 7 different wines, all native to the Istrian peninsula. The owner Bruno was very generous and explained in great detail, his story and the processes to developing the various wines. The wine tasting is by RESERVATION ONLY. This is a must see if you are anywhere on the Istrian peninsula.

It was amazing. We had such a good talk and Bruno told me everything. The wine is really made with love and passion!!! Really like it and only can recommend it. Even made other friends at the same time. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing time at Trapan. Not only that we were able to try 7 different amazing wines (rosé, white, red and sparkling rosé) from their wine yard, and got to know the history about the winery and the wines, they also had a wonderful Pomeranian dog and miniature goat who made the experience much better! We will definitely return when we are in Istra the next time!

Great winery with friendly owners, tasty wines , lots of cute dogs, mini pig called Ariane Grande, goats and big playground. Highly recommend!
