On my vacation in the region I had an issue with a loose rear bumper. After a brief and pleasant conversation over the phone I received appointment quickly. Although there were no necessary spare parts on stock, they fixed it temporarily, so I was able to make my way home. They claimed that the fixing did not justify any payment, so my car was fixed free of charge. Very competent personnel and nice people to talk to. Strongly recommended.

On vacation in Croatia, on the way we had a check engine light come on. We found this service point and came by on Monday, they had a busy schedule however managed to make time for us on Wednesday. The car was checked thoroughly and and fixed within an hour. Staff was very friendly and prices were correct. Great coffee place next door ;)

I had a bad breakdown in Kamenjak Park and was towed to BMW Tomic & Co. in Pula on a thursday afternoon.

They pulled all the strings to get the parts my car needed and were able to get my car up and running on the NEXT morning. All that for a very fair price.

I can honestly say this is the best service I have ever experienced and can only recommend this company.

Absolut empfehlenswert, toller Support, hat sogar Ersatzteile die nicht auf Lager waren bei einer anderen Niederlassung geholt nur um uns die Rückreise bedenkenlos zu ermöglichen. Möchte mich recht herzlich für die tolle und schnelle Hilfe bedanken. Weiter so!!!!!☆☆☆☆☆

Super Unterstützung bei einem kleinen technischen Problem, ohne eine schnelle finale Lösung...warum: Letztlich hätte man uns helfen können, bedingt durch die Regeln/ Vorgaben aus dem Stammland Deutschland scheiterte mein Gewährleistungsanspruch an der Nummer auf ein vorhandenes Ersatzteil..... dafür konnte dieser Servicepoint nichts.....den Rest schenke ich weiter zu kommentieren.

Mein BMW hat auf Grund eines Marderschaden Kühlflüssigkeit verloren. Der kompetente Mitarbeiter (Mauro, bester Mann) hat gleich das passende Teil gefunden. Nach 3 Tagen war es da und er konnte mir trotz langer Wartezeit einen Termin in der Werkstatt geben. Nach einer Stunde war der Schaden behoben und der Urlaub konnte weitergehen. So sieht guter Service aus. Macht weiter so.

Odmah sa ulaznih vrata dojam je vrhunski, cijeli je tim profesionalan, ljubazan, pristupačan, prijateljsko ozračje se osjeti već sa ulaznih vrata. Ne da je na nivou branda kojeg zastupaju već puno iznad. Ukupan dojam ne 5 nego 105.

Sehr professionelles Team. Bei unseren letzten Urlaub mussten die hinteren Bremsbeläge gewechselt werden. Bin ohne Termin dahin und in 2 Std. war der Wagen fertig. Trotz viel betrieb in der Werkstatt.
