My car hire process was seamless. Great price compared to other car hire companies. No young driver fee as I'm under 25 for the car that I chose. Initially booked a VW Golf auto and got upgraded to a Jaguar E Pace for €35 extra which was an incredible deal! Also didn't try to upsell anything as we had already purchase a collision damage waiver (excess waiver) from a third party insurance company.

The car was very clean and was packed with features. The collection process was very quick and the fuel tank was full as stated. They checked all damage that was already on the car and had it documented. We took photos and videos to cover our own back anyway. When we arrived to drop the car back off the handing back process was also quick. They released the deposit back to my card immediately and this was back in my bank in a few days.

Would highly recommend Alamo / Enterprise when visiting Pula and will definitely use again when hiring cars abroad.

very good experience. The manager was very polite, there were no additional payments. Everything met the conditions in the voucher. We clarified whether we will use the ferries and offered additional insurance (about 17 euros). The security deposit was 300 euros. When the car was handed over, many defects were noticed, but they were all taken into account in the acceptance certificate. Upon returning back, the reception of the car was fast, there were no claims and additional payments as well. The deposit was returned even before the car was returned - this is my first time with this).

The Enterprise team at Pula airport were all fantastic. Friendly and helpful which was appreciated after our long trip with three young children in tow. Everything was explained well and very pleased with the cars. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Best car rental experience I've ever had. The employee on the desk was very polite, friendly and helpful. Pick-up was quick, the automatic van we rented was corresponding the description and proved to be reliable and comfortable for our family. All existing damages were went through on site together with the employee and marked in the list, same applied for the drop-off, which also went nice and easy. I wish every car rental service would be like this one, many thanks for making our trip perfect!

Des différentes offres de l’aéroport de Pula, celle-ci était la plus compréhensible et la plus accessible. L’employee était patiente et a vaincu nos dernières hésitations. Trois options pour une petite citadine et nous avons privilégié celle avec l’assurance la plus complète :11€. Nous avons eu une rayure sur le pare-chocs avant. Tout était pris en charge. Bref, accueil, fluidité des échanges, professionnelle. A recommander.
