Carwiz car rental

Good service. The staff (Karlo) was welcoming and pleasant. Spent plenty of time to explain the insurance, the car's characteristics and rules in the event of an accident. I was very satisfied with both the car and the service I received from Carwiz-Pula

We were looked after by Mr Domagoj Maletić worth mentioning because he was superb! Friendly and efficient. I can't vouch for his colleges but see no reason why they should be any different. It's seems to be a well run branch.

If you book over some brokers which gives extra insurance, they don't force you to take their expensive full coverage insurance. You can always take the mid coverage as extra which isn't extremely expensive (70€ for 7 days). If you only take the basic insurance, you need to leave 1200€ deposit with your credit card. If you take the mid coverage, this decreases to 450. Helpful personal. Drive carefully, bring the car in good condition and you won't have any problems. Would rent from them again!

Easy to find, great modern car. On collection the staff where very persuasive to take the enhanced insurance which we declined. They where very thorough before we drove off to make sure we where aware of any existing damages and on return where very careful once again to make sure we had not damaged the car during our rental. We where advised it could take up to 28 days for the £1500 deposit to be returned which I wasn’t overly happy with, however this was actually returned within 2 working days. Overall we had some concerns but where very happy and satisfied!

Very good experience with carwiz. Our pickup was delayed by two days, we called and it was no problem at all. Car was brand new and everything went fine.

Très bonne expérience avec cette société de location. Nous avions réservé pour 18 jours et tout s'est très bien passé.
Nous avons eu une voiture très récente ( datant de 2 mois).
Le personnel est aimable et efficace.
Le rapport qualité prix est très bon.
Lors du retour du véhicule, vous restez avec l'agent en charge de l'inspection de la voiture ( plein réalisé et pas de dommages ou rayures ), cela prend 5 minutes.
Je renouvellerai l'expérience avec Carwiz pour une prochaine location.
