KONOBA MAGIĆ VIS

It's a bit of a trek from your Yacht to this place, but it is definitely worth it. The food was amazing, and the wine was delightful. We left feeling satisfied and with arms full of their resident wine.

This konoba is situated in the vineyard with wonderful view on the landscape. Food is excellent! You have to try their mix of different appetizers - delicious! I can recommend "peka" - lamb or octopus. Domestic made white wine Rukatac is fresh and also suits great with food.

Best domestic food ever…if you want to try old Dalmatian taste that is place for you👍

Dont think , just come to this place and enjoy food, wine and excellent service. I recommend sardines and Viški risotto.... so tasty!😃

Excellent sea food prepared in traditional way

In a beautiful location in the middle of vineyards and an orchestra of crickets, in the clean fresh air, we enjoyed a wonderful atmosphere and even better food and magic.

For appetizers we ate Savur (fried Lokarda, then marinated in vinegar, sugar and spices etc.) and skewered sardines. Both were so good that it was actually enough. For each recommendation, both.

But 😀 the story continued with Cuttlefish orzoto which is a wonderful story in itself.

I'm ashamed to say, but after everything we ate octopus under the oven for three people too 😱😀.
If my opinion and my 60 years of life are worth anything, I've never eaten better.

The complete "concert" was accompanied by three bottles of Plavac.

MOST importantly, we were hosted by Mrs. Biserka, the dear waiter Ivano and the perfect chef Miro (people we saw). In such a pleasant, friendly, spontaneous, domestic and professional atmosphere… that I must honestly say that we will remember this dinner forever. We felt as home.

Yes ... There were also famous pancakes with excellent orange and fig jam!!! 😀😉

If I have not described something correctly in terms of gastronomy, you will get all the information down to the last detail from dear Mrs. Biserka.
It is important to note that we were also with three dogs who were accepted and more than welcome.

Had an amazing meal of appetizers and lamb for two, along with three glasses of wine and water, totaling about 450. Cash only. Food and atmosphere we're well worth it. Staff is not rude. If you engage them, they're quite nice - typical misunderstanding by some of local behavior. Make reservations! We loved dining from 7-9pm because the seating was shaded and cooling off, but we got to appreciate the vineyard.

Bloody expensive but worth every Kuna! The best octopus I've ever tasted. All the ingredients are fresh and local.

Second must be place at Vis. Amazing taste of every dish but be ready for cache only payment and high prices. Anyway if you are looking for extraordinary food quality make reservation there ;)

Amazing peka and wonderful outdoor dining in a vineyard. Husband and wife team were friendly and fun.
