Fabrika bistro

This was the spot that our 5 islands tour guide recommended for brunch. We enjoyed a mimosa and beer with some delicious food before walking around and enjoying some cute shops. There were tons of island cats that walked around greeting people.

We had the vegan Dalmatian dish with seitan, and you know sometimes when the food is so good you just don't realise your surroundings anymore and just attack the plate, that's how good it was. We also had the vegan wok which was great as well and very well flavoured. You can definitely eat cheaper at other places but the quality of the food makes this place a must. Service was good and quick as well. Thank you so much, we will return!

The location is amazing! The island is really cute, we visited it as a part of a boat-trip. We were recommended another place, but we choose Fabrika and I am happy we did so, because the food was delicious and Latte was nice!

A very cute place by the sea, right in the city centre. The offer is simple and very tasty. You can find some exotic and vegan meals, too. We tried the wok and it was very authentic and delicious. The spiciness was very mild, but you can get extra chili 🌶

Nice place by the waterfront. We had breakfast there. The smoothie bowls were good and I love that they had beet juices. I got the Relax (beets, carrot and apples) and it was great. Coffee here was extraordinary good.
They have omelets and other breakfast items. They also serve lunch and dinner as well. If you want to have breakfast come before 9am to beat the crowds. Enjoy.

We did not expect to get such good breakfast in a tourist place like Vis. We had a Granola bowl, orange juice, and veganuzzo. The staff is very kind, polite and helpful in suggesting something nice to order! The prices are a little high, but definitely worth it. Do not forget to take some coins to tip the waiters. Highly recommended!

I tried the chicken wok, which was delicious, but the seaside view was absolutely stunning. You should take a seat outside.

Best food on the island. We tried beyond burger, wok and dalmatian seitan pasticada. Everything was great. The waiters are friendly and cat Siniša is also great :)

Nice little restaurant on the boardwalk with some healthier options. We had a couple lovely brunch sandwiches and coffee.

I generally prefer bistro-type food over classical restaurants when I travel, especially in a laid-back places like Komiza. Fabrika serves signature burgers, sandwitches, pastas and a range of vegan and vegetarian dishes. They serve internatinal dishes but with some local flavors to make it a unique experience. Most importantly (for me) - meat is really high quality, obtained locally.
I've seen some complaints abot prices; while it may be slightly more expensive than on mainland, keep in mind that this is the most remote island in this part of the coast. Croatian islands are generally pricier because of high supply costs.

Awesome tastes. Don't miss the shrimp burger and cesar salad is also great. We heard that the portions were small, but that has definitely changed.

Must visit if you are vegan or vegetarian. They serve Beyond burgers and had a delicious smoked tofu stir fry and baguette, they even have vegan mayo. The food was served quickly and with a smile, even for takeaway. We visited multiple times while in town. The coffee and fresh juices were delicious. Best granola bowl I've had in years.

My veggie girlfriend was very pleased to find a vegetarian version of the classic Croatian Pasticada.

The best dessert with fusion of taste hot+cold it is a must try if you are in Komiža.
Friendly waiter with the parole #pomalo (eng. Take is Easy) and really you will always get a nice service.
We ate burgers which are really tasty.
Will come again. :)

A great place in a lovely part of a lovely town! We ate here a few nights in a row enjoying the various vegan options they serve. They were all delicious. Agree with some reviews that it can be a bit pricey and some portions could be bigger but still a really positive experience. Aleksander served us and made the whole experience even better with his great chat and service. Can’t wait to come back.

Very nice restaurant, cozy, good vibe. We ordered hamburgers and they were delicious. The only thing I missed was question if I want my burger to be rare, medium or well done. Everything else was great. Staff was super kind.
