Restaurant Puntijarka

Very convenient place to rest after climbing from the foothills. It can also be reached by car. The food is delicious and the portions are good. Apple and cheese strudels are recommended. You can sit on the terrace or get warm in the house.

Start in the restaurant near the top of the mountain. Stop and watch the pastry chef make her amazing streusel ... and prepare for experience the magic that will follow.

Step outdoors and hike for a couple hours in the beautiful snow-crusted forest, share photos with the Sno w Queen, and climb the tower to spy Slovenia ...

Surprisingly delicious food for an affordable price. Portion sizes are large and the food comes out hot. Perfect meal to enjoy outside after a day of hiking!

After good hiking great place to visit, take a rest and have a meal. Good food, not to much expensive. Place is not luxury, but warm and cosy. Local people love to visit it.

Love the route, love the place, love the food. Love everything. I like to sit outside if the weather is nice...but there is no greater feeling than coming inside from the snow, into the warm place, smelling all that great food, seeing lit up fire place. Sometimes I think I go there just to sit and drink my tea/beer. And eat strudel, of course.

The best food I have eaten on Sljeme. Everything is very delicious, especialy homemade apple pie. Place is perfect for weekend lunch with family and friends. They have big terrase and parking spots near road. It is good for kids, there is little park for kids! Hike road finishes at Puntijarka! Enjoy!

Some changes for boring life hiking sjeme but be mor careful to care or the nature.

An excellent place with great beer selection, nice terrace and food. The prices, however, could be a bit lower.

You can experience many tasty Croatian meals made in a traditional way at very affordable prices. There are many tables outside, so you can enjoy eating in the nature.

Take it as it is, a lovely family restaurant on the mountain. Serving nice family meals, fresh and quality products, always very well prepared. Simple meals are sometimes the best ones. Nice beers, nice meals, and great struddles. All what you can enjoy after a walk

Really nice place on the mountain top Sljeme, very warm inside, a lot of food to choose from, you can't order food so you need to choose already prepared food. They have really tasty pies and they even have a lot to choose from drinks! Very cozy inside and pretty outside...If you go on sunny day, there will be a lot of people...But you have so much space you will almost never run out of tables to sit on!

Very nice staff, simple but good food. Perfect after a long hike.
Just be careful, the menu is obviously smaller during the week than on weekends.
