I had an issue with unlocking my Macbook Pro after too many incorrect password attempts (due to an inexplicable early morning dyslexic brainfart). The store employees went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get the issue sorted asap and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them based on this experience.

Super satisfied with the quality of service and how responsive the guys at the repair/service were. My Macbook Pro stopped charging out of the blue so it had to be sent for repair. The guys took a great care of it, communicated clearly on what will be done as part of the initial diagnostics. In addition, they were extremely understanding of me freaking out as I did not have any backup done. Luckily all data was saved. Big thanks to Renato.
