We have had a Dinner at Jeny.
First of it was a pleasure talking through the reservation process and setting up our arrival at the place.
When we arrived we were greeted at the door and seated on the terrace. The view is stunning. It can get a little windy though. The food is great and the wine pairing consisting out of local wines good. I would have liked a little more information about why the wine was chosen to go with a dish and the winemaker.
The food is presented very nicely. I felt like sometimes something in the tastes was missing, but it is very good overall.
The service is very friendly and good. Also we felt that warming up the plates would have been good for the savory dishes as the sauces arrived partially cold.
It is an absolute recommendation

A culinary explosion of flavors and impressions up in the mountains above Makarska. I have never seen such good dishes and arrangements on the plates. The stories about all the wines, which are all from Croatia, were interesting. The food and wines were fantastic together. And the staff was amazing. Thank you for a great experience.

Jeny was an one of a kind experience on the hills of Makarska. Food was unique with new tastes for me and my wife. We highly recommend this place. The only advice we would give for guest who come is that there is a bit of insects if you sit outside…. Be careful with which lotion you use as some attract more insects.

Simply the best meal I have ever had. Every course of the tasting menu and every local wine was an amazing artful presentation with delicious flavors and the personal attention from the staff was great.

Absolutely terrific Dalmatian food at this cozy restaurant in the village of Tucepi, a couple of km away from Makarska. It's family run, with the maitre d and head chef sharing ancestry. There's a tasting menu on offer and that's it, so get ready for the ride. The food is playful and flavorful. Best dishes were the lamb with aubergine puree and ratatouille praline (just a teaspoon size but packed with flavor), and the truffled veal with terrine. The forest fruits (sumsko voce) dessert was also terrific. One of the openers, a smoky scallop with eel, comes with a dramatic cloche and dissipation of a delicious scent. One of the best meals I've ever had in Croatia, in the top 10.

12 out of 10 points. Perfect combinations of food and wine taste's. From the first bite to the last, your mouth was on heaven. Atmosphere and hospitality was great. I really recommend! Worth of every penny and even much more.
And every one that think fine dining is only small plates, I was so full and happy after this experience.

A stunning tasting menu with Croatian wine pairing, the food and the service were excellent, well recommended the views from the mountain side are worth the trip on their own. Excellent from start to finish, bit more expensive than the tourist trap restaurants in resort but go for the experience, you won't be disappointed

Perfect restaurant for a nice evening. The food is great and the service is amazing. Love the choice of wine paring! They deserve to get the Michelin star.

Don’t arrive too late so you can see the view and sunset.

I just find the transport was expensive (200 kn from Tucepi sea side hotel), the restaurant offers you a 150kn price if you book via them at least.

Absolutely stunning view of the deep blue see and high mountains surrounded with nature and delicious food. An absolute exquisite experience that's mesmerizing. The food is prepared with such passion and creativity, I can't recommend it enough.

What can I say other than wonderful. Best meal I have ever had. Setting beautiful. The owners and staff do friendly and welcoming. If u come to Croatia u must try this place. A star will surely be urs soon. Thank u so much. Mark and Sarah

A MUST if you’re in Makarska or even if you’re in Croatia! I was blown away by the 7 course tasting menu! Some of the best food I have ever had!

It was a magical culinary journey through Croatia. The service was extraordinary good. The evening was a highlight! Thanks to the team and the chef.

Great location, outstanding food and wine, excellent service and good price-quality-ratio. Definitely would recommend for anybody who likes fancy dining.

This should be on your list if you want top food. It's a great location with a tasting menu and matched wines.
The wine choices were really good with lots local to the area.

For an 8 course meal it's not so much food that you feel bloated after but all of it is top draw. I've had worse food at Michelin rated restaurants so that says something.

It's 100pct worth the trip.

A true Gem. Superb tasting menu which is surprisingly quite filling once you reach the end. The service was top drawer and venue nicely situated.
