Bluesun Hotel Neptun - All Inclusive

The hotel is great for families with small kids. Staff is very kind and alert. Pool entertainers are amusing and energetic! Food is solid with good choices for everyone and for this price is really good. Rooms are renovated and bed is really comfortable. Bathrooms are small but clean. You have soap, shower gel and hairdryer. Cocktails on pool bar are good.

Clean, good size room, bathroom and balcony, great housekeeping service. Polite and helpful staff members. Stayed 10-15th Oct. and could not dream of better summer hot weather. Great variation of food and drinks we enjoyed as vegetarians.
Access to sport centre with a bike to rent and tennis courts. Crystal clean and warm Adriatic sea water, only a minute walk from the hotel. It was just amazing to come and witness sunrise and sunsets, which were just breathtaking.
Enjoyed a scenic walk to Makarska through Osejava forest and explored the lower parts of Biokovo mountain following one of the hiking trails through possibly 100 years old olives orchards smartly planted by locals in a step fashion on the steep sides of the foot of the mountain. Will definitely visit Croatia again!

Excellent hotel, staff and location. This was our first all inclusive sun holiday for years and my wife and I loved every minute. Food was excellent, drinks were great, cleanliness was superb too.
Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of going.

Don't listen to bad reviews I've just left after a week, rooms clean and modern, food and drink great. The staff are very friendly amazing views and will definitely come back. A big thank you 👍👌😃

What a amazing two week stay me and my fiance had here staff were helpful and the food was lush right next to the beach ⛱ and the director Kristina was amazing when it came to any issues and was so professional and approachable and made our holiday one to remember, would recommend a stay here all day long, don't look at old reviews as place has been redone and better management from what we have seen from John and Amanda may 2023

Fantastic hotel. Food is top notch for an all-inclusive, and we've been to many. Hotel is spotless, room overlooks the sea and beach and the views are amazing at night time, would really recommend paying the small extra for the upgraded rooms. Area has an upmarket feel in the marina area. 10/10

Good hotel. Very clean. Our room was more than adequate, having a decent shower and comfy beds. What made the room excellent was the view, fantastic! Staff are always friendly and willing to help with any enquiry, also well presented with a clean, smart, casual uniform. The food was quite good, even though it catered more for the German/French clientele, with a decent choice every meal. The evening entertainment was OK but again, leaned more to the other Nationalities frequenting the hotel, nevertheless, entertaining. The rooms are cleaned every day, with towels, shampoo, soaps etc replaced on a daily basis. The wine is definitely watered down, but spirits and beer taste "untouched".
Overall a very good hotel in beautiful surroundings, and only 10 meters from a pebble beach (shame).

Spent 10 days here with my wife and 3 children under 7. Twins 7 and youngest 5. The hotel completely exceeded our expectations. It was ran like I well oiled machine. Food, service and facilities were exceptional. The real stand out was the huge variety of food, the kids must have eaten the hotel out of house and home. Situated right on the coast you have the best of both worlds - Booking for next year 100%.

It is all inclusive hotel, with large pool and sea in front of it. Rooms are large, very clean and bed is comfortable. Food is delicious and it includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, two snacks and all you can drink. I highly recommend it. It is right in front of beautiful and clean Adriatic sea.

One fantastic week here at Bluesun Neptun Hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Allways a smile. Clean everywhere. Room have the best bed! Food is also fantastic good, and allways tidy and clean restaurants. Amazing nature! Had long walks every day. Our walking trip up in the mountain, was very good. All beverages also was good (but not the red wine).

Fantastic hotel. A 3 star plus according to Jet2. But I would say it deserves to be a 4 star. Tip if you arrive from spilt airport.. get a private taxi. Coach transfer can take over two hours.

It's a nice place to spend a vacation. Good staff and very helpful.

We come at this place everytime we plan to go to Croatia. Is a bit outside of all noice, but if you rather like to go an party, just follow the beachwalk and your there in notime.

or iaf you just want to relax, there are no problem.

Pleasant place to visit. Quiet enough to relax but close enough to have fun. Car hire is recommended for exploring Croatia. Ryka water falls, city of split (game of thrones filmed there) and island hoping is recommended

Excellent hotel, great and helpful personals with nice activities, wonderful guitar and gym lessons, bike facilities, and located at the beautiful Dalmatia coast line.

This was one of the nicest places we've visited. The resort pays attention to the small details that made our stay extra special.

One of rare hotel in whole Croatia who offer all inclusive service. Beach property and free umbrellas at poll. Beach just few steps away.

The Hotel and all that comes with it was great. The food lacked a bit in variation. The location and beach was marvellous!

Hotel and staff brilliant, but needs more slopes for disabled people not enough support there,otherwise fantastic lazy holiday x
