After sales service exceptional. Lost our bill which is regarded as your guarantee. They searched their computer to find our transaction. They are willing to let us to return the defective item and replace it.

Superb customer service. Due to Croatian airlines strike taking 2 additional passengers + luggage back to NL so needed roof rails & top box. Stefan was extremely helpful as was the lady behind customer service desk and the store manager (didn't manage to get their names). All of them spoke English and made sure that we got what we needed. Would definitely go to this store for anything that you would normally get from a DIY/leisure store e.g. boats, paddle boards, topbox, shower head, etc.
