Professional and precise., even if I turned back with the damaged car,
the operator was very helpful and kind and sent me straight away alla the documents regarding the damage so I could proceed with asking a refund from my insurance company! Very helpful indeed.

Rented a compact class car (VW Golf), I received an economy class (Renault Clio) they did not have any cars in upper class so on my honeymoon was stuck in a Clio. Thanks Oryx!

Au moment de rendre le véhicule, personne dans le desk. Quelqu'un d'un autre desk à appelé pour que quelqu'un de l'agence du centre de Pula vienne. Ce n'est pas du tout professionnel car pendant ce temps il faut attendre...
Une fois le personnel arrivé, la récupération et le check in du véhicule ont été fait rapidement.

If I could rate lower I would!! First, pick up took over an hour because there was one other person in line. They rushed me through inspection because they parked in the drop off zone at the airport and said we must hurry. Then on drop off, there was a small scratch on the rear view mirror, they said someone must have hit the car and said we must wait. An hour later...after they are trying to make us miss our flight, they say they must refer us to their clams Dept. Just avoid this small racket rent-a-dump, only saved 20 over the big names, but cost over 2 hours at the airport and god god knows how much $$ and time with the 2cm scratch that was there when I picked it up! DON'T ORYX UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO!

First they check “all” the damage on the car before you can drive, they look at the outside of the car but that’s all. Afterwards when rechecking the car (to see if there is extra damage) the first thing they do is open the left front door and say “Ah! Damage, now pay €350”. They didn’t even check the door at the first checking and now that is the first thing they do? It’s so obvious they’re getting a lot of money from this from tourists like us. Don’t go here, there are plenty of other car rentals you can choose from. Or if you already did, make sure to check everything at first! (Inside aswel)

Poor customer service and incompetent staff. They force you to pay unreasonable extra charges at drop off and threaten to call the police.

One star is too good for this company! Worst company and service I have ever dealt with bunch of cowboys

At the first damage check, they only checked the outside of the car, not opened any doors. When we returned the car, the man immediately opened the driver's door and a minuscule scratch could be seen on the inside, resulting in compensation of 350 euros. The man's expression clearly showed that he knew what he was doing. A clear scam.

Bij de eerste schadecontrole hebben ze enkel de buitenkant van de auto gecontroleerd, geen enkele deur geopend. Wanneer we de auto terug brachten opende de man onmiddellijk de deur van de chauffeur en langs de binnenkant was een minuscule kras tezien, wat resulteerde in een schadevergoeding van 350 euro. Aan de uitdrukking van de man was duidelijk te merken dat hij goed wist waarmee hij bezig was. Pure oplichterij.

Een auto gehuurd voor een weekje Kroatië. Bij de schade controle voor dat we deze meenamen, hebben ze de deuren niet open gehad. Nu we de auto inleveren is het eerste dat ze doen meteen naar de binnenkant van de deur kijken en ons een schadevergoeding laten betalen van 350 euro. Opzettelijk de eerste keer niet gechecked en bij het inleveren meteen bekeken. De slechtste maatschappij dat we ooit gehad hebben. Toeristen geld aftroggelen is wat ze doen.

Een tip: huur geen auto van ORYX Pula. Je moet bij het inleveren betalen voor schade die je niet zelf hebt aangericht (en die je trouwens niet eens met het blote oog kan zien). De vergoeding van die zogezegde "minor front door damage" kostte ons zelfs meer dan het huren van twee auto's voor een week. Top service...

Prise en charge et restitution de nuit. Contrôle aléatoire ( durée 10mn max)avec lampe de téléphone de la part du loueur .Résultat : constat de rayures sur deux jantes (avant droit et arrière gauche) facturé plus de 800 euros. C'est une arnaque !!!

Bei Rückgabe wohl neuer Schaden am linken Türrandca. 2mm Kratzer. 180Euro. Die finden immer was wenn sie suchen, nimmt euch in acht.
