RESTAURANT “PALUTE”

Amazing food! We had a fish soup, sea food spaghetti and mixed grill meat. They definitely know how to prepare sea food! The beer was perfectly chilled. The reastaurant is located just by the marina with beatiful views. The best food we had in Brač.

Very good and generous plate. Small fine traditional Konoba. Only locals where there in this month of November. The owner speaks only German. He has a look in total coherency with the restaurant. We had a mix of grilled meat.
You must be very hungry to order it. Almost impossible to finish the plate.
The next day we had grilled fish . It was perfectly cooked.
Good , simple local food.

The food was brilliant and the amazing waiter Nino has provided a superb service! Great explanation on the popular dishes, good humor and always a smile on his face to keep the guests happy and welcomed!
A tip is not mandatory at all, but ensures that he and his colleagues can continue to provide an unforgettable customer experience and genuine service.

Make sure to try their homemade gulash with gnocchi or fish soup. All products are either made at their restaurant or supplied by local producers on Brač! Simply perfect and always worth a visit when in Supetar.

Give the bakalar (cod fish) on Fridays also a try. Worth the wait and definitely first class freshness. Sve dobro i dobar tek!👌🏻

We ate here twice while on holidays in Supetar. Both time were very good.

Food was well prepared, generous potions and good value compared to other restaurants in the area.

Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a place for dinner.

You know I was working at grill twice but I've never eat so perfect meat, ouside crunchy and a little bit smoked but inside man Its not dry Its like melting in your mouth. I also liked sauce it surprised me by its unexpected taste. Highly recommended. Staff is very professional and it gives you a taste of special climat of this place . Im sure I will visit this place again !

An amazing location with a diverse menu at affordable prices. The service is always exceptional, the food great, the atmosphere relaxing. I visit Brač at least twice a year and I always stop by this restaurant. And Palute never disappoints. I strongly recommend it!

*** May 2023 update ***

Visited again. Prices are slightly up from last year, but not by an unfair amount. Some restaurants on the island have abused the switch to the euro and have increased their prices too much. Not Palute. Service and food are still excellent and I still strongly recommend it.

The service is very friendly and the food is delicious. We have eaten here several times. We have never been disappointed.

Visited there 5 times total during one week of holidays, absolutely amazing dishes. Always fresh and good incredients. Tried salads, vegetable and fish soups, smoked salmon gnocci and shark. Everything was pure gold, definitely a must-try restaurant. Also the staff was super helpful and friendly, best wishes to them all!
