If you are looking for traditional and local ingredients combined with a modern, fusion cuisine and presentation, this is the place for you. An innuendo of flavours and textures. I really enjoy the tasting menu.Highly recommended.

The menu featured a wide variety of dishes, and each course was superbly prepared. However, I must mention that the foie gras was a bit too creamy for my taste and didn't quite capture the essence of duck that I was expecting.

The overall experience at Konoba Kala was incredibly enjoyable. The creativity and quality of the food, combined with the attentive service, make this Michelin-starred restaurant a must-visit destination. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.

Secluded restaurant in the small dalmatian style garden, few meters from the waterfront. Exquisite service and dishes, highest level of hospitality, by the vibe you can feel that is a family run restaurant, fine dining and tradition combined perfectly. Hidden gastronomy gem here in Supetar. Highly recommended! 10/10

Spent a lovely evening here. Tried my very first oysters, served with pomegranate pearls (fabulous). Lamb was perfectly cooked washed down with a Posip wine, recommend by Mia. We finished off sampling local grappa, my favourite was the pomegranate. The service is personal and knowledgeable, Mia was happy to explain the history of wine making in the area and the chef has a magic touch with food. This restaurant is well worth seeking out 😘😋

We came at 7.00pm. First we got 2 amuse bouche (greetings from the kitchen). Then we ordered cold appetizers with sparkling wine, after that kind waitress recommended us warm appetizers with glass of local white wine which was magnificent. For main dish we ate krem brudet and lamb. For final we got cheese plate with 3 types of cheeses, fruits and nuts.
Very pleasant place and atmosphere with attentive and hospitable staff.
Also, this place is great for exploring traditional local cuisine prepared on modern way. Highly recommended! We will be back for sure.

Growing up on the East Coast But traveling globally for work, this is a little gem that really surprised me. I have been to over 15 Michelin star restaurants- from France to NYC, DC, Croatia etc. and can say what the chef is trying to do here is incredible for such a tucked away restaurant in a small town on the picturesque island of Brač. You can tell that him and the staff really care about the food and put the time in to discover and buy the best qualities (also... much cheaper than going to a Michelin star restaurant!). I saw reviews of small portions- but after visiting (and getting stuffed) this is simply not true :) .. don’t get me wrong, if you are someone who must eat an entire XL pizza to be satisfied, perhaps you might be hungry still if you only order a main, but we were extremely satisfied.

I highly recommend the tuna tartare (delicious), the creme brudet is to die for, the broccoli soup is fantastic and the fig risotto was pleasant as well. For dessert, the four of us split a lava cake and Lemon cake (must get). We came here once and immediately booked a table for 2 nights later before our departure.

Thank you Kala for a special and amazing experience whenever I come back to Supetar down the line, you can bet we will be stopping by again.

Very harmonic quiet restaurant with everything made on the outside open fire oven. The waiters are professional, the best I have seen in a while. They gave complimentary starter while waiting for the food. It was a beetroot salty cake which tasted amazing.
The main dish took a while to arrive but it definitely worth the wait.
Best piece of fish I have ever eaten, with incredible polenta and sauce. The mussels and scampi tasted great also.
The menu contains around 6 main dishes to choose from but they are various and selected with quality ingredients.
The prices are very expensive around double compared to rest of Supetar but the food is probably the best here also.
2 main courses and a big water costs around 500 kuna and they charge an extra 15 kuna couvert price.
Despite the prices it will not disappoint at all.

We had the full 8 meal tasting menu with wine pairing. It was a very good experience.
Only the shrimp/ lobster composition and the foie gras we did not understand - and as such we take it that our Scandinavian palate did not fit these two courses.
Besides that the wine choices and food and services and locations was fantastic

A genuine gem of a restaurant. Make the effort to find it, tucked away just 50m off the Riva. The setting is carefully thought out and feels welcoming. Mia, our waitress was extremely attentive, proactive and so very pleasant. The menu offers an excellent selection. The detail and care taken in the food preparation is exemplary. I enjoyed the shrimp and advacado starter followed by the ribs.we shared a couple of desserts too. Just wonderful!

Absolutely exceptional experience in every way, food, service, atmosphere. For our 8 courses with wine pairing, we had wonderful creations and thoughtful wine for each. I think I could have beer hair with 5 courses (the other option), but no regrets for splurging.

If you searching for more than just a piece of meat, grill or pizza, this is a place for you.
Recommendation is to try everything.
Combinations used in all meals and presentation are soooo refreshing and greatly balanced.
My top 1 goes to Cuttlefish and mango. This is a must try! Sorry i didn't take a picture, but believe me it was visually also great.
We also had Tuna a la tartare. This was also great, but my heart stays with cuttlefish.
After appetizer we had Ravioli with seabass and spider crab, and Buzara.
Ravioli had that great sea taste, you can really feel fish and crab.
Buzara looked and tasted great!
Kids had Macaroni meat tris - ate all!

We were so full, we couldn't try desserts, but we'll be back for sure

Local food with the twist, original, playful, inspiring menu. Tasty food, beautifully presented. Great wine. Professional and friendly staff. I would say the best restaurant in Supetar (based on the several visits in 6 years). I will definitely go again.

Exquisite meal. Great service, lovely food and excellent wine. Couldn't have been better than it was, and far exceeded our expectations. Stop fly recommend the tasting menu and wine pairing. Good value and a lot of fun.

The attention was super good! We are vegetarian and they modify the plates for us 😍 the risotto was delicious and the Mediterranean salad incredible! Also the dessert 🤤

Wonderful. I've been to a number of good restaurants in Croatia, including the one Michelin star Noel, but from those, for me, "Kala" is second only to "Nav". Definitely the best on Brac and near Split. Perfect ambiance, creative and refined food, excellent service. Go for the tasting menu, and if you get the 5 courses one, choose the fish option. The wine paring was also very good, and the gluten-free substitutes for my daughter were excellent. Respect for the chef Dino Separovic. Will go again.
