Healthy House II Opatija for rent

The house is beautiful and very big. It has a large terrace with an amazing view of the sea. It offers many places to spend time together in a bigger group, inside and outside of the house.

The house is located on a hill outside of the city center. Walking down to the beach is possible in about 25 minutes. However walking back up is quite exhausting. But there are really cheap taxis available.

The host is very friendly and helpful. He was always available for us and answered our requests and questions (like restaurant reservations) within minutes. His recommendations regarding restaurants, beaches and bars were always great.

We had the best family vacation in the healthy house. The hosts are super kind and welcoming. We always felt welcomed and safe.
We thank them for everything, they made our trip even more memorable with a private boat tour.

We as a big family of 11, can totally recommend this house!

Lovely host, incredibly attentive and accommodating. They offered help 24/7 and told us everything about the area and activities we could do. The house has stunning sea views and is generously equipped and clinically clean.
It was a very nice time and is highly recommended.

A great, luxurious villa that offers many specials, for example table tennis, table football, a pool table, two big refrigerators, 3 or 4 TVs,...
The pool is small but very nice, a big terrace with a BBQ available and inside the house there is lots of space even for a large group. It might make sense to bring a few extension power sockets, as there are not too many sockets in the house.

Note that the villa is positioned at around 200m above sea level, so if you want to go to town or the sea by foot, you have to walk and be in decent shape. There is a beautiful stairway down the hill.
Alternatively, the taxi prices are really cheap (around 3-5€ from the beach to the house)

The host is a very friendly, interesting man who offers a lot of help and recommendations. We always felt welcome and taken care of.

Top gepflegtes Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen (Billard Tisch, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker Tisch, Pool, Grill etc.) Zudem findet man dort alle Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs in sauberem Zustand. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und das Haus wurde uns ausführlich gezeigt. Der Besitzer war zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit. Er fuhr 2 Mal mit uns einkaufen, buchte uns Taxi und hätte auf unseren Wunsch auch noch Bootsfahrten organisiert. Wir hinterließen das Haus in sauberen Zustand und ohne Beschädigungen (so wie sich das meiner Meinung nach auch gehört) und erhielten ohne Probleme unsere Kaution zurück! Ein Junggesellenabschied mit 16 (anständigen) Personen macht dort richtig Spaß und ist absolut empfehlenswert. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Čarobne ruke i znanje dr. Siniše, duh mjesta gdje je stalo vrijeme (dvorac Beženec), koje nosi uz i u sebi......ugođaj koji te diže. Hvala Siniša

Toller Ort für einen ganzjährigen Urlaub. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder! :)

Cjelovit pristup zdravlju i otklanjanju tegoba uz ljubazne domacine. Objekt je lijepo dekoriran i vrlo uredan.

Doživili smo prekrasnu atmosferu, jedinstvenu kvalitetu. Prekrasno!
