ORYX Rent a car - Dubrovnik airport

Very helpful and responsive. Hired the car in Dubrovnik and drove to Montenegro. They were clear and concise about the border requirements (and the paperwork was checked at the border) and after a minor accident they assisted with the damage claim without issue. Will definitely use again when in Croatia

Perfect communication, clear pricing and rules, reasonable prices. Car was very good, 26000 km only, with nice child seat. I like refueling without additional charges and regular fuel prices (although there was a station next to the airport).
We get the car in Dubrovnik center, traveled to Montenegro and returned in Dubrovnik Airport. Highly recommended. I will rent there again during next visit.

We had few years old VW Golf witch very economic diesel engine. We've been served very fast when we clicked up and returned the car. Staff checks the car with you when you pick it up so there is no any misunderstanding about existing damages and etc. Very friendly staff. Professional car hire company.

We had a good experience with the car I would not recommend getting the GPS unless you don't have a phone

Amazing experience. Especially after the deep research of scary reviews I did before the trip. ORYX totally lived up to what they promise. Fast responses, clear communication, and - essential for our trip: good cross-border policy. And then the car, a phenomenal Renault Clio. From the hairpins and 12% climbs in the Albanian Alps to the breezy roads along the coast, it never disappointed.

We had the best experience possible by renting with Oryx, not only we got a good price, but we got a upgrade of at least 2 classes, the car was brand new and with a beautiful 13 inch display. The road of Croatia might be challenging so be careful. Luckily our car had parking sensors, I highly suggest to rent a car with those, they really help with tricky parking on the narrow roads on hill. Also be aware if you are taking a ferry you will have to pay an extra insurance (~20 euro).

Customer service at Oryx is superb, thank you! Our vehicle was in excellent condition and best of all Oryx does not expect a car wash before returning the vehicle, because they clean it anyway.
Taking the car into neighbouring countries was allowed, no problem.

I always get my car at Oryx and service is very friendly and efficient.

I have rented dozens of vehicles from many agencies. Oryx is on a different plane, far above all others because:
1) I used a differentcwebsite to rent, with all inclusive (and slightly cheaper) full insurance. All other companies to date have hated that I use other insurance. Some have insisted I use theirs regardless. Others have charged me for fake damage I never did. ORYX WAS SUPER EASY, NO ISSUES WITH OTHER INSURANCE.
2) CHECK-IN / OUT was a breeze and super quick. Some car rentals want you to buy a slot for quick pickups. Not so with Oryx.
3)if you get a driving ticket, be prepared to get a service fee from the rental agency, usually 60 euros and UP!!!! My trip to Italy, which the whole fricken country is one big speed camera trap cost me double - from service fees. ORYX assured me they charge no service fees as it has nothing to do with them.
In a nutshell, I am now exclusively ORYX.

My boyfriend and I rented the car from Split, Croatia and returned it to Dubrovnik, Croatia airport. The service was friendly and it was all very organized and a smooth process. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The check in and return experiences were great. The only thing I would change is the very large hold placed on my credit card until the vehicle was returned.
