An absolutely superb experience.
Dario set the tone from the off and had us all relaxed and laughing within seconds. He is a natural entertainer and enthusiastic and passionate about his business.
There were 8 of us. Ranging from 21 to 52 and we all loved it.
We booked on the day for the afternoon tour it started with a talk about cold press olive oil then we moved inside to learn about and taste Croatian prosecco. Into another room where we sampled wines and oils. And then a huge meal that we could not finish. The music singing and dancing was great fun and created a wonderful atmosphere. 4 of us are vegetarian and were catered for very well with more food than we could eat.
I recommend you go easy on the starters, oil, cheeses and bread as you need to leave room for the other delicious courses. roasted vegetables, potatoes and meats.
The experience started at 15.45 and finished about 18.15. We could have stayed as ll night.
Two other groups were with us. A couple from another eastern European country and a small coach of Americans. Everybody had a blast.
There is shade from beginning to end.
We paid at the end and bought some wine too. We would have loved some olive oil but the liquid limit on the plane home would not allow it.
We work in tourism and know what an effort it is to maintain this Hugh l we felt level.

Excelent food, great vine, huge portions! Dario welcomed us as one of his friends! You can either go for the main course only or the full meal that includes a starter plateau with local cheeses and cold cuts, main course(we had veal and pork cooked under the bell) and desert! Best meal in Croatia by far! We will surely be back!

Wow what a find! An incredible experience of Croatian food. Dario is so welcoming and friendly. I emailed him beforehand to find out what days they did dinner, he said Saturday. So we booked! If you come here don't eat anything that day!

Dario offered us two options, 170kuna pp for 4 courses or 4 courses & wine/beer for 200kuna pp. We went for the later and he doesn't hold back! He even says if you want more he would bring us more. The food is insane. So delicious, one of our best meals in Croatia. Plus the atmosphere is amazing.

You start with a board of different hummus' with fresh bread, then cheese and meats, then lamb & veal with the best roast potatoes I've ever eaten and then an apple cake dessert. We had pre-ordered the lamb, but Dario encouraged us to try the veal and gave us half and half. We are so glad he did! The veal was the best bit! So moist, it melted in our mouths!

Dario and his family serve up a great experience. Great food, wine and music. We had a wonderful time learning about wine and olive oil. Dario is super funny and jokes with everyone. This is a must do experience if your in the area. Visit Sokol Grad while you're in the area. Also family restaurant Konoba Ivankovi is close by and an excellent place to have dinner or lunch.

Amazing place :) We were cycling here in thunderstorm and get there 40 minutes earlier. Dario was very busy with his team but anyway he found time for us and was very welcoming. We got table outside but safe from rain, and as soon as possible table inside of his place where we waited for our tour :) Dario has great sense of humour - really liked it, even my wife Anna. Portions of delicious food are really big, wine is top quality. There was even live music with traditional Croatian songs.

Absolutely wonderful experience, I would suggest everyone to give this a try. The owner is very friendly and has many interesting stories. Would go again if I could.

Great food, great people, great service. Huge portion of Pork and Viel with oven fondant potatoes. Homemade win, bread and Apple pie 57€ only. No menu, so do not expect to order what you want. Was close to go back again today

One of the best experiences in all of Dalmatia. We had a great time cooking and learning about Dalmatian cuisine with Dario, so much so that we left with quite a haul of olive oil and brandy. He even did something special for my wife’s birthday!

This is a fantastic place and an amazing experience to do while in Dubrovnik. The tour was lovely, the information rich and Dario was a very nice and funny host.
The food was unbelievable - prepared and cooked to a high standard, and the entertainment was delightful.
I felt as if I was welcomed into a home, with wonderful company and an engaging atmosphere.
Worth the time to get there, and money well spent.

An amazing family day out, really great food (the best we have had) wine and hosts. An educational foodie retreat, a real Croatian experience, highly recommended and a little tip, do not eat before you go!!

This place is incredible. I believe everything is made from scratch. Very close to the airport. If you have some time before your flight and our in a hurry then this is a great spot. A lot of food and very well priced. Recommend for families as well.

The fish was freshly prepared. Veal under the bell was très belle.
Unlike in the old city, the portions are very generous so brace yourself for a big feast.

Perfect food, service and atmosphere. Best restaurant in dubrovnik area. Wine and food was excellent. Highly recommended. Make a reservation in advance or gamble like we did. Bossman is alpha and very informative about servings. 5/5 this place offers just what they specialise in, and they will do it in perfection.

Had my sisters birthday there the place is great so is the food well worth a visit

Great local food and fantastic service. If you are in the neighbourhood you should take the opportunity to eat here. We have spent two weeks in Dubrovnik/Cavtat and this was the best meal.

My wife and I came here on a whim while we waited to check in to our hotel, and were extraordinarily surprised at how hospitable the owner and two staff members were. We had a three course, home cooked lunch for 130KN each and were insanely full at the end. To top it off, there was a tour group joining just after our meal and we were invited on their 45 minute tour, tasting of products made on the estate/farm (including some incredible spirits and wine!). The owner also explained all of the old production methods and tools used, and was hilarious all the while! They also sell all of their products on site, and all are delicious!!

My wife and I got lucky and found this restaurant on our way to Dubrovnik. We were treated like family and served the best authentic meal by wonderful people. It was an experience of a lifetime and we appreciate it so much. Great ambassadors for tourism in Croatia.
