This week long holiday with the Mujo Family hosting us was heavenly. The setting was calming, clean and beautiful. All the small details were so well thought out. The family were very accommodating and loving. The home cooked meals were delicious and the activities around the location were plentiful including wine tours, cycling and boating. Home is about half an hour from Dubrovnik. Highly recommend checking this one out!!

Currently back home, reminiscing on a magical week spent at Kameni Dvori with the Mujo family! From lovely accommodations, to delicious food, to an engaging cooking class, to a thrilling bike ride, and all the passion and enthusiasm for sharing their history and culture from the family…everything was top notch and highly recommended! I think I left my heart there if anyone finds it, probably at the lookout point over the valley. ;)

My friend and I stayed for 1 week with the Mujo family and we had the best time. Ivo, Katarina, Nike and Djuro are such friendly and welcoming people. We ate the most delicious fresh food which was all homegrown or sourced from neighbours, and had a lot of their own amazing wine. The location was perfect - very quiet and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and clean with great facilities. We felt like part of the family and can’t wait to return in the future. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This holiday experience was a delight. Very down to earth family, treated us like family also. Beautiful views, accommodations, activities & food. Extremely clean & up to date rooms/bathrooms. This family made our first time to Croatia even more memorable.

We helped make the lunch - which was MUCH more fun than I thought it would be. Charming hosts - and the whole family did the washing up. Great. So I got to eat - not clear up. Result.

We did the evening cooking class and absolutely loved it. Nearly everything we prepared was harvested right on site in Anika’s garden (pork and cheese was from a neighbor), including wine and olive oil. Her family made us feel welcome right away and gave us a brief history of her family’s ownership of the farm, which goes back to the 16th century. Highly highly recommend the experience.

The setting (landscape, gardens, stone buildings, fruit trees, orchards, valley view) is charming. This family run business welcomes its guests with smiles and open arms. There are many activities (cooking, cycling, hiking, exploration). Meals are varied and garden fresh.

Such an immersive and unique experience. Not only did they teach us traditional cooking, we went out and picked the herbs and vegetables that were used for our dinner. It is completely family run, with a rich history and pride in what they do. We sampled their homemade wines, grappa and elderberry water. A must have experience to truly feel the Croatian traditions.

Amazing family. Amazing home. We took their cooking class and immediately felt like family. Also, the food that we helped prepare was, by far, the best meal we had in Croatia.

We picked our veggies straight out of the garden. Even got fresh eggs from the chickens. Highly recommend you experience this place while in Croatia!

We had the pleasure to take a cooking class from Nike a few days ago. She was very friendly, welcoming, informative, and a great cook! We began with tasting various Croatian liquors and treats. Then she guided us as we made bread and cake from scratch. We visited her gardens and picked fresh vegetables for our salad and soup. We also skewered pork on bay sticks and cooked the meat in the traditional way. In addition we had potatoes and sautéed veggies. Our dinner was spectacular! We highly recommend this cooking experience!
They also have beautiful apartments for rent.

Excellent cooking class, the place is owned by a genuine Croatian family, the food is home made and totally natural and organic, it is the best cooking class we've ever had with so nice people and excellent products. I highly recommend.

We joined Marija and Ivo for their cooking class and it was an absolute highlight of our trip to Dubrovnik. It's hosted at their property just outside of town, and was all about learning about real life in Croatia, their history, and their food. Our hosts were fantastic -- super welcoming, knowledgeable, and made us the best meal we had in Croatia. We'll be recommending them to our friends and family, well worth the time and money.

A lovely location with brilliant hosts. The villa is well equipped and has great views of the surrounding hills and valley. The adjacent Tavern is run by the hosts and offers traditional Croatian cookery courses.

We spent a wonderful afternoon in the beautiful Konavle region of Croatia with Katarina Mujo. We learned about her old family home as well as many interesting things about life in the area while participating in a cooking class which included picking vegetables from the garden and collecting eggs from the chicken coop. We made many traditional Croatian dishes and enjoyed a delicious, multi-course meal with homemade wines and olive oil. This was a highlight of our trip. We highly recommend it.

My husband and I visited Croatia for the first time in August 2015, and our experience with The Family Mujo was one of the highlights! The kindness and warmth of this family goes beyond anything we expected. It was as if we were visiting family friends we had known for years. Yes, the food and drinks were amazing (make sure you go very hungry!), but even more so was the opportunity to talk with Ivo and Katarina about Croatia's history, their family history and traditions, and their culture and values. It was an opportunity that should not be missed for anyone visiting Croatia. They went above and beyond at every step of our experience with them--serving us homemade Grappa and a fruit candy on our arrival, stopping on our drive to give us a tour of their new accommodations they just finished building as well as an old Roman aqueduct, sharing with us stories from their family history, providing us careful explanations and a map for our biking adventure, and feeding us with more delicious food than we ever could eat! This is a family that makes you feel very happy for the world we live in. Thank you Family Mujo!

Amazing place, divine food from grandmother's kitchen (you can actually meet grandmother who is cooking most of the time). All together you will feel like home and you will not want to leave this wonderfull place.
