Green Motion Car Rental Dubrovnik Airport

Had no issues at all. Staff met us at their Old Town office just before our appointment time. Car was great and we were in and out quickly. Dropped it off 6 days later at their Dubrovnik Airport location (right across the street from the airport and about a 3min walk from departures). Overall, great experience!

We have used green motion on each visit to Croatia. Staff friendly and helpful, great price and easily accessible from airport. Highly recommend

Having previously read some concerning reviews for the company, I was very impressed with the communication, speed and ease of collecting and dropping off the car with Green Motion company. I would definitely consider using them again.

Absolutely don't understand negative comments, everything was amazing, no single complain about the car or customer service. And considering prices it's 10 out of 10. Will definitely use again!!

Before taking my car, I was a bit afraid because of all bad notes and "scam" comments. But everything went okay ! We had our car, working well (during 1000km), the checking before and after was professional. To be honest, I think green motion had difficulties during Corona virus, but now it's done and the staff is there to make you have a great vacation with their cars.

Had a great experience. Picked the car up in Belgrade, man at the desk was very helpful and helped me with my cases to the car. Car was in good condition and process was very quick. Dropped it off 10 days later at Dubrovnik airport. Office is not with the other hire car firms but is across the other side of the D8 from the airport. Again man at the office very nice, did the car checks quickly and efficiently and then iinsisted on putting our cases back into the hire car and driving us to the terminal. Top bloke. All in all great experience.

Excellent value with quick and efficient service. Despite not taking out their insurance there was no attempt to charge me for trivial or pre-existing damage. Car was good too.

Great experience! We were concerned by other reviews but we found the pickup and drop off really simple and straightforward, no issues at all.
There is a cross border fee which you have to pay there if you want to go into other countries in the area (we went to Montenegro), but this is the case for all the car hire companies there. It cost about €40.
The only thing we would say would be that it was a little tricky to find - but apart from that it was a great experience.

Good prices even in the midst of high season in Dubrovnik. Friendly staff and car in good condition. The only minus was that is was not easy to find the pick up point at DBV airport but nothing terrible

We arrived for our rental 1 hour late, and reading the recent reviews we were quite nervous they would charge us and give away our car. However gentleman was eager to help us, gave us cold water, explained the full contract and we were off on our way. There was absolutely zero hassle and we returned the vehicle without any issues.

Very good experience. Garage is just over the road from the airport, staff were very friendly. Car was an old skoda but in good working order and the return was quick and painless.

We had a great experience with green motion at Dubrovnik airport- quick service, good car and on return they were really helpful, even giving us a lift into cavtat where we were spending our last week. Good value for money!

Despite what many of these reviews have said, we had a very positive experience. The staff was very willing to help and really went above and beyond when we had a mixup with the home we rented (there was no parking for the car.) They worked with us and even helped find places for us to park. Very helpful, very friendly.
