Great service. From picking up our car to returning it, the process has been seamless. The customer service was great and I found them to be very reasonable. I greatly appreciated the quick service under their check-in system. Even our car was much better than we initially expected! We had no issues at all driving around the country. I will use them again when I return to Croatia!

Great cars at good price. I do STRONGLY recommend that you take additional insurance and forget about possible charges for even small scratches.

We are very satisfied with renting a car at CARWIZ. Picking up the car was quick and smooth. Good service! And returning the car was also quick and smooth. We had a top car! It was a fairly new car, in very good condition. And enough power for all steep roads :-)

Upon arrival at Dubrovnik airport we headed straight to the CarWizz desk which was at the terminal, conveniently located just 100m from the arrivals exit. Upon collection of the vehicle, the service was speedy and efficient, whilst managed by polite and courteous staff who spoke with perfect English.

The car itself was relatively new (<25000km) with only a few scratches and scuffs, and drove well throughout our trip. It was spacious and similar in size to the car we had requested through the ‘autorental’ website when booking.

On return of the car, the returns process was efficient, fast and conducted well. The gentleman who we returned the car to did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and was pragmatic and reasonable when noticing previous damage to the passenger side plastic mudguards below the bumper, on the underside of the car, which we had not noticed on collection. We looked through the photos I had taken of the vehicle on my collection, highlighting all previous damage that I had noticed alongside multiple shots of the car, and assessed that the damage was unlikely to have been noticed on collection, at night, however that the photos I had taken on collection were sufficient enough to highlight it.

All in all a fantastic service and I look forward to booking through carwizz again.

Really good experience with the car rental Carwiz. Was bit sceptical but everything went smooth. I had a 3rd party insurance but they weren't pushy to get also theirs on top. I paid ferry fee as an extra but thats fine. I also got free upgrade car to smaller SUV instead of small car. Check out went smooth as well. It was nice experience and would rent again.

Excellent service! Car was brand new! It was really easy to find office at Dubrovnik airport since Carwiz office is just 50m straight walking from the terminal. Highly recommended!

We were dealing with Mario for the car pick up and I can gladly share that he is not only truly professional guy, but have a great personality. We rented a car for 10 days in Dubrovnik to drive through Croatia, Montenegro and Albania. The team at Carwiz was so helpful about arranging all the border crossing paperwork for us. Unfortunately we had an accident during our trip when someone rear ended us, and the Carwiz team was so nice and supportive helping us navigate everything with our car return.

I had never heard of Carwiz before our trip but will definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them!

Booked with caution due to the bad reviews, but honestly it was a very pleasant experience. No push during check-in to sell me stuff, no absurd vehicle check when returning, etc. Apparently there is a new branch manager that is trying to fix how things worked in the past, and it shows. My only suggestion would be to lower the full insurance costs, as they are not very competitive compared to other external services. Overall very good experience, and would book with them in the future.

I rented a car at this place yesterday, and it was by far the best customer service out of the 5 car rental agencies I talked to.

I was able to get a good deal to return the car in a different place, which most companies wouldn't even do, or the charges were insanely high.

Great experience. Easy check in, check out. The car was brand new, with a big navigation screen. The service was spotless.

Mario saved our lives after CarJet (don’t use them lol) royally screwed up our reservations. He took care of everything, gave us good advice and supported us through changing the whole reservation.
