Picturesque and absolutely charming spot, with a little café by the famous linden tree, perfect to collect your thoughts and warm up with a cup of tea. Amazing spot for a hike through the county, especially around Peasants' revolt (Seljačka buna) time.

Excellent place for family trip. Quiet, cosy, homemade food, nice wine. Everything in the right place. I recommend strukli i litra i voda. This is near the monument to Matija Gubec and Rudolf Peresin. Both famous and legends.

It's a great piece of nature combined with history, and it's a bit sad to see it today. This tree is old, like 400 years, it was struck by lightning so it's surrounded by metal to keep it in ace.

It's called after Matija Gubec, a rebel from Zagorje.

We were during spring here in the afternoon. Quiet and a lot of parking space.
