Amazing experience with affordable luxury car rent!

I'm actually very proud of myself that I find Amber Drive/James and managed to get the amazing experience in a country like Croatia, since they are not very good when it comes to service.
Croatia roads and the drivers are already tricky, so if you have a nice car, it really helps.
The communication was amazing from day 1, meaning the day I request an offer. The payment method, and the way of communication was so 'human' and trustworthy, you don't feel like you have to explain yourself to an automatic systems like all other rent a car companies. The car I originally booked had an unfortunate incident caused by previous customer and he communicated that with me in good time and came with amazing solution, upgraded my car with no extra charge. I had the pleasure of listening the story of his business, and I really feel appreciated to meet someone who cares his customers and the business sincerely. I like to deal with smart people, and would definetely book another car from him in the future in any country he exists. Last but not least, I am not rich to afford a cheap service, that always costs extra and painful, pay a bit more and just enjoy the rest! ;)

Rented two vehicles for a 10 day stay in Split. Great communication and service from James at Amber. Cars were in new condition, competitively priced and delivery/return was personally looked after and a breeze. Deposit was transferred back to us before we had walked from the car to the terminal building. Exceptional service and now my only choice for auto rental if Amber are available. Simply fantastic.

I work for a large firm and we have been in business for many years. We do need hire cars from our several locations. Doing business with Amber Drive was both pleasant and satisfying. Although they specialize in high end vehicles they were able to get me an economy car- a Toyota Yaris hybrid that was more than suitable for my travels. Being new to car rentals they were very patient with me explaining everything I needed to know and do. I highly recommend Amber Drive to anyone traveling to Europe and needs to rent a car.

I just finished my trip down the coast of croatia and it was amazing especially with the car I rented from amber. It was spotless when I picked it up, the receptionist and owner were so nice and helped me out tremendously, I'm definitely going to use this car rental company again, I got the Mercedes S class. Great price great deal, super clean, came with beverages, and ran like a dream. Pure luxury
