Rent a Car Pula Airport- NOVA

Great car renting experience. Will definitely be using it again when back to Croatia. Went for Kia Stonic (or similar) and got Kia Stonic. Very clean and well mainteined not even 1 year old car with 35k on the clock. On the arrival, you will find their counter in the main hall next to exit. Very kind and positive personnel working there. I was on the road within 15 minutes. Booked with premium protection, which I always do with any car rental anyway. The milage is unlimited. As I was doing solo road trip, I drove over 1500km which was not a problem. When giving the car away on my departure was quick and easy and on my way after 10 minutes. Thank you.

Car was almost new , in good condition, everything worked. Clear conditions, everything explained- the crew really helpful. I will definitely use their service next time I’m there.

I was on vacation for about 4 days in Pula and chose to rent a car from Nova rent. The service was excellent, Daniela (manager) was very nice and polite, this is my first experience of renting a car and thanks to her everything was great. The car is so fresh and all the money (deposit) was refunded. They do accept Visa debit cards and that was a great advantage for me because I didn't have a credit card )))) thanks for the service, totally recommend this agency!

0 problem, better car than I ordered. They dont agressive with insurance. They said once about this. Car was quite new. Good condition. Worker don't looking for mini scratches. I will back here again, when I want to go Vista Pula. I recommend you the same.

Really good service! Got new car, only done 8000kms

My husband and I had an excellent experience with this car rent. The service was very friendly and polite. We didn’t have a credit card but it was possible to rent a car with a debit card. They were very helpful and explained everything to us, and answered all our questions both online and during the car pick up process. Our car was upgraded to Nissan Quashqai without any additional payment.

So we had no problems during almost a week of rent.

Another perfect year,with Nova Rent a Car.Perfect service, you don't need better than this. This year even better, they gave me new car with 4000 km, you can't get better. Most important thing they never try to charge more than we agreed.

Fast and reliable. Good service and great communication. We had an issue with our car and KeylessGo System. So we need a rental car. We had an VW Tiguan and we get an VW Tiguan. As good as service is: don’t forget your spare key at home ^_^
