Elena's villa is clean, all the photos are true and real, what you wrote is a liar and it was done on purpose to hurt Elena's villa, but you showed your true form and your arrogance, no one ended up in the police, you only paid for what you messed up, we were after you and it was We were told everything you messed up and we were told that the TV doesn't work because of you and the electricity pole is broken with a video list that your guy broke it with his foot shame on you what you wrote was wrong I would take you to court and the website would publish the list to everyone what can they do to show how you were guests, villa Elena is a cozy and beautiful house with two swimming pools and clean for the family....

Super schöne Villa toll für eine junge Reisegruppe ( wir waren zu neunt). Der Inhaber sowie die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich und sind für Probleme und Anregungen erreichbar. Absolutes Highlight der wunderschöne Außenbereich und die 2 Pools. Gerne wieder :)

Prekrasno mjesto, odlična kuća za odmor i relaksaciju, domaćin nas je prekrasno ugostio i dočekao. Vila je bila čista i dobro pripremljena za nas. Tople preporuke svakome tko želi odmor i svoj mir za uživati na godišnjem!

Byly jsme letos,super spokojenost, všeho dostatek,bylo nás 11 z toho 5 děti takže 2 bazény se hodily😁 krásné klidné místo a od všeho kousek(města, pláže,obchody) příští rok pojedeme určitě znovu 😃

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a vacation home in Liznjan, and I must say that my overall impression was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority for the property. The condition of the house was far from satisfactory, with dust and dirt noticeable throughout the living spaces.

Adding to the disappointment was the unfriendly demeanor of the owner. It's unfortunate when the person responsible for ensuring a pleasant stay exhibits such a lack of hospitality. Any attempts to address concerns or questions were met with curt responses, leaving us feeling unwelcome and unsupported during our stay.

To make matters worse, the kitchen cabinet was inexplicably leaking, resulting in a constant mess that we had to deal with. This not only made meal preparation a hassle but also raised concerns about the overall maintenance of the property.

Perhaps one of the most distressing aspects was the presence of an unpleasant odor on the terrace. This greatly hindered our ability to enjoy outdoor relaxation and took away from what should have been a tranquil atmosphere.

In conclusion, my experience at this vacation home in Liznjan was marked by poor cleanliness, an inhospitable owner, a leaking kitchen cabinet, and an unfortunate odor on the terrace. I cannot recommend this property to anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable getaway. It's my hope that future guests will have better luck elsewhere.

Achtung Abzocke ! Die anderen positiven Bewertungen stammen von den Besitzern selber. Das Haus war nicht gereinigt und stark verschmutzt. Im Haus hat nichts funktioniert wie beispielsweise der TV, der bei der Abreise beanstandet wurde. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ auch zu Wünschen übrig wie Beispielsweise die Küchen Ausstattung welche unscharfe Messer und fehlende Teller usw beinhaltete

Wenn Urlaub in Kroatien, dann nicht in so einer Unterkunft! Auf Sauberkeit wurde keinesfalls geachtet so wie auf eine reibungslose Übergabe, bei der Ankunft haben wir auf die Schlüssel gewartet, während wir am Telefon zuerst ignoriert wurden. Zusätzlich waren bei unserer Ankunft schon viele Mängel und Schäden am Haus, für die wir am Ende belangt wurden, wobei uns der Vermieter bei Nichtbezahlung mit Polizei drohte. Die Ausstattung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, nicht genug Geschirr, und zusätzlich gibt es nur in einem der Häuser eine winzige Spülmaschine. Von 4 angepriesenen Badezimmer waren davon nur zwei kleine Toiletten.
Nie wieder!

Leider wurde unser Familienurlaub durch die Villa Elena eher zu einem grausamen Trip. Bei Ankunft war kein Vermieter vor Ort und lediglich nach einigen Stunden und anrufen kam eine Person, die schlicht die Schlüssel übergab und die Kaution einkassierte. Das Haus machte den Eindruck als wäre es nicht geputzt worden. Wäsche und Lebensmittel der Vormieter waren auch noch da - wirklich eklig. Auf der Terrasse ist nach Regenfällen immer ein unangenehmer Geruch. Ich rate strikt ab davon hier den Urlaub zu verbringen. Wirklich Schade !

Dieses Haus ist ein einziger Betrug.
Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit und es wird nicht gereinigt. Sobald man bei der Abreise die Kaution wieder will behauptet der Vermieter man hätte Dinge kaputt gemacht die schon zuvor kaputt waren.
Wir mussten es am Ende mit der Polizei klären.

Nie wieder!!!
