All conditions are met for a nice and confortable holliday.

It's a very simple apartment, you have access to all the important necessities. All for a reasonable price. Friendly staff, they speak good and understandable English. And it is pretty close to supermarkets, touristic attractions and a 5min ride to the beach. This is a good place to stay the night if you want to enjoy the beach go to town or just do other things in the area, while at the same time it's a good place to just relax and unwind.

Good Day. We have stayed in this apartament for a week. It was awful. The owner is very rude. He stole our towels while our kids were in the apartament. He also did not want to pay the deposit of 50 euros. The apartament was at the edge of collapse. The refrigirators door was broken so was the furnuture. The floor was also full of scratches which was hidden with a carpet. Also we were told that there is WiFi, it is very bad if there is WIFI at all.All in all a bad experience and I would not recommend it.

Ho prenotato questo appartamento dopo una ricerca su AIRBNB, il proprietario mi ha detto che non poteva ospitarmi per le 4 notti, che erano la mia richiesta(nonostante su AIRBNB il periodo che avevo richiesto fosse tutto disponibile), nello stesso appartamento ma che ci saremmo dovuti spostare e dormire 2 notti in questo appartamento e 2 notti in un altro. Inoltre mi ha detto che non avrebbe avuto internet a disposizione per confermare la prenotazione, quindi ha accettato la prenotazione telefonica uscendo dal sistema di AIRBNB. Nell'appartamento non c'erano nemmeno le asciugamani, le abbiamo dovute richiedere e ci hanno dato solo 2 asciugamani mani/faccia. Quella di non avere internet a disposizione per confermare la prenotazione suppongo sia una strategia per trattare il turista come il pollo da spennare. Dopo avermi confermato il prezzo e la disponibilità, la mattina del trasloco mi ha comunicato che il successivo appartamento costava €20,00 a notte in più rispetto al preventivo iniziale.
Non fidatevi.
