Pula Airport

Pula airport serves as the gateway to Istria in Croatia. Lufthansa, Ryanair and many other airlines connect to this airport which is only 10 minutes by car from Pula city centre. The arrivals and departures building is spacious and clean with 17 luggage check-in counters and 4 security lines. It has 4 gates that are all within 1 to 2 minutes walking distance. Outside there's a large (paid) parking lot for long- and short term parking. Rental cars are also located here.

A beautiful landing experience which you should never miss to book a window seat. Before landing I got an amazing mind blowing views with clear water down from the sea. A small airport with cafe, money exchange ATMs and taxi services. It will be better if you get a bus connection from the airport to city center as it is cost effective. Nice staff and clean washrooms at the airport. I would love to visit again to Pula 🌊

Visited with a small airplane. Excellent air traffic control, friendly ground staff. Beware: the apron places are limited nowadays, it is really important to ask for a parking slot PPR in advance, even if there is no specific NOTAM about that, otherwise you might not even get into the aerodrome for refueling, there is so much congestion already now (end of May 2023).

Small but good airport. No queuing. Little seating area outside on the roof. Small shopping area and food and drink. Good sandwiches €4. Clean toilets.

Small international airport with lovely staff and a lot of nice places to relax, drink and eat. Little bit crowded when in heat of the season but that is justified. Everything is well organized and calm. Border police is polite and well trained so everything runs smoothly. Over all nice little airport.

Small but cozy airport. Everything is fast because of its size.

Child stroller is brought to an exit, unlike in some big airports.

As airports go, it was fine. The BA plane leaves about 11am - wait til all the 10am charters have left before you go through security and the queue goes right down.

Small airport means quick service. Passport control was quick. Luggage arrived at the baggage claim quickly. Very efficient process (as long as not more than one plane arrives at one time). Nice Cafe for coffee while you are waiting for your flight.

Small but very nice. It has a great top open terrace.

A little cosy airport in the capital of Istria. Has two cafes and bars before and after the security and passport control.

Very small airport.

Ticket, security, border control are nicely lined up in one queue, and then there's a food court with one food shop. The duty free shop is to the side, they don't force you to walk through it. There are 4 gates in the same space at the end of the terminal, each 1-2 walk from the security/border control. The departure boards only say "Boarding", so you'll have to ask about the destination or listen for announcements.

There's a nice outdoor viewing area, with benches and tables on the first floor, but after security. The planes and terminal are also visible from the parking lot though a fence. The runways are not visible from anywhere.

Small airport, quickly through check in and security. Not much inside but reasonable duty free for the size plus food and drink available.

Great little airport, love Europcar rental here, nice and cheap car rental, great service. You need max 1 hr before your departure.

As far as airports go this one is small but we'll equipped. And they don't rip you off in the food court. Duty free may only have a limited range but it suits the size of the airport

Clean ,all directions clear to understand..and one most important thing if you smoker..after you pass security check,there is smoking area on the roof 😍😍 .stairs are left side when you pass security check

Nice airport, everything seemed to run smoothly. Had a lovely fresh salad in the departures lounge.

Fab and very small airport. Good tip don't go to the airport to early because there isn't much there.

The one café is excellent with great fresh food and brilliant coffee. Lovely airport shop too with good priced truffle items 😀
