Lovely place. Simple, but good. Good service. It's on the plaza, so great seating. Pretty. There's a big variety on the menu: local, cheap, expensive, pasta, seafood, meat, etc.

Fantastic evening at this hidden gem in Honduras. The lobster tails were cooked to perfection and the service was so entertaining 🥰. We will definitely be back!

This is a must see place. It is a historic little town square right next to the church. There is seating inside and out and honestly prefer outside. I didn't know what to order at first but I know I wanted shrimp so the waiter actually recommended something and it was delicious. We took a taxi there so I am not too sure about parking because I didn't see a lot or a structure. They accept Lempiras, card and American dollars. The place is quite large and next to a night club, and remember 18 years and older can drink alochol. The night club is definitely for the younger crowd. Service was great and there is so much to see in the restaurant.

This is THE place to go. It’s Honduran home-made food. My grandma normally doesn’t eat a lot at restaurants (she is 92) but she didn’t leave anything on her plate.
We ordered Bistec entomatado and also Bistec encebollado.
The place is like a museum; the decor is lovely.
The owners are rockstars and if you get to talk to them, please have them share their story and how long they have been open. You can’t go wrong with this place and their menu.

This is my go-to recommendation for Comayagua HN. The best food around, set in a great space curated with historical pieces from around the country. There is also great seating in the city square as the restaurant is located next to the oldest cathedral in Central America. Ricardo works in the restaurant personally and has many great stories. After 8 years of being away, it is still the gem I remember and hands down will recommend it to everyone.

Excellent! Great atmosphere. Some outdoor seating but be sure to venture inside to experience the eclectic decor. Food is good. Service is good as well. Typical Honduran food.

Ricardo's never fails ! But tonight was even more special with my fiancé in town to visit of the Christmas holiday. The lights on the plaza, the wonderful stuffed lobster and the service were all perfect !

Food is so yummy. The restaurant is eclectic and the waiters speak English.

After dining at other restaurants on the mainland as well as Roatan, I found Ricardo's to be the best. Food was great and the staff and owner were very friendly.

One of the best restaurant in Honduras. A must eat if staying in comayagua. Probably the only restaurant in the world that serves alcohol next door to a church.
