Had a wonderful stay here, the hostess is lovely and very welcoming! The rooms are spacious and the outdoor kitchen is great and has all the basics. The collectivo to Tikal was 30Q to go there and 25Q coming back - so you save money and time Vs coming from Flores.

There's a good choice of local restaurants and street food on the main road and the public swimming jetty is just across the road. Highly recommend staying here!

Great little place to stay while exploring Tikal and yaxha. Much closer to everything than Flores. Very comfortable beds, mosquito nets and a warm shower. The kitchen was very useful and has everything you need (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar). The host was very lovely and helpful, highly recommend!

rooms offer anything you need, staff is very friendly and helpful with advice for the area. great location for trips to flores, Tikal, yaxha, Peten Itza lake.

We spent a couple of nights at Erna's guesthouse back in October 2022 and loved it all the way!
Incredibly well priced for the quality of the room and the location. We stayed there after visiting Tikal and again returning from Yaxha.
Erna is really welcoming and kind.
Our service dog stayed with us.
We had all necessary comfort. There is no AC. There are Mosquito nets for every bed, we didn't need them though.

Friendly owner, big spacious and clean room, very affordable. We stayed here after Flores cause it's closer to Tikal and then the next day we went to Belize. We booked directly

Beautiful, cozy and an excellent customer service. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a wide variety of places to visit. The owner is extremely nice, and she took care of all our needs and questions.

Very confy and big rooms with private bathroom. The owner is very friendly and helped us book a bus to Tikal in the early morning.

There are also mosquito nets installed on top of each bed if needed.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Posada , très bien accueillis .Milles merci de nous avoir permis de faire notre lessive et compliments à notre hôte pour ces talents de couturière ! Chambre spacieuse et tres bien entretenue. La douche est chaude et coule généreusement ! Très bon rapport qualité prix, nous recommandons vivement. Co et JC

Tout très bien : grande chambre, moustiquaire, gentil accueil.
Attention, si vous partez tôt le lendemain, pensez à payer le soir. Votre hôte a la gentillesse de ne pas le demander mais du coup ça peut poser problème.
