This venue is always a treat to visit. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is a lovely rooftop setting with cool breezes and views of the surrounding community and ocean. The owners and staff are welcoming . You eat, relax, and learn about incredible African leaders as you walk around or view the beautiful pictures on the Ancestral Wall.

Amazing Restaurant and Historical Arts on the Walls. I didn't take time to ask about the historical centre but I enjoyed my red red with fish. The Bissap was great, it heals my cough and cold due to the Ginger in it. I love everything. The environment was super. I and my European friend will choose this place as our restaurant anytime we are in Prampram.

The owners are like family. When I go there I'm home. The food, the ambiance and conversations are great! Vegan friendly menu. Ask about combining sides. The big plus is the Ancestral Wall, both educational and inspirational.

Had a blast here, a great atmosphere and the owners are very welcoming.

My friends and I had dinner here. We met a wonderful group of ladies that frequent the restaurant. We also met and had a lengthy conversation with the owners Mr. Jerry and his wife. They gave us a tour of their guest rooms. He also invited us back for the tour of the wall, so we went back the next day. I enjoyed the tour, it was very informative. We stayed for lunch and it was just as good as the dinner the night before.

We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this place. I plan to come back and stay as a guest.

When I tell you this is the BEST food I’ve ever had in Ghana, I’m not exaggerating. When I first met the owners Jerry and Abomah, they made me feel like family. As an African Diasporan from America, it’s a challenge to find spaces where I can be myself and not feel like an outside. At Mmalebna’s I get to enjoy the best in local cuisine and experience the welcoming arms of acceptance for ALL of me…an American African ✊🏽

Mmalebna's Restaurant is super awesome, one of my favorite place. It is also part of The African Ancestral Wall. The atmosphere is so until it's like you are at home to the point they take the time and cook the food like at home in Moma's or Grandma's kitchen. The owners are welcoming, friendly, caring and fun to be with, the food is super great. When you go there you will not only get good food, good entertainment, good rest, you will also be educated on history, it's a teaching place. When I am in the Prampram Ningo area, this is the best restaurant guest house for me to visit and or stay.

Please go there you will learn a lot of history while eating Good Great Tasting Food

Regarding the African Ancestral Wall.......This is a laudable piece of history written on a wall. I was taken on a walk along by the curator of this gallery. I was impressed by his memory of the history of the personalities depicted.....he has commanding knowledge of all the historical characters painted along the wall. His consciousness and appreciation of African and diaspora-related issues is commendable. Certainly worth a visit.

One of our best experiences here in Ghana. The food was outstanding and the accommodation was top notch. The location was serene and sublime. The art wall and African History tour made this place one of the most memorable experiences. This is definitely a place that I will return to.

If you are in Accra you have to visit the Ancestral Wall at Prampram. It will make you reflect. The restaurant is lovely with plentiful dishes. And the host Mr. Jerry is a cool spirited brotha, real lively.
