Very beautiful place, not the typical sandy beach, bit rocky. But absolutely stunning. I loved it and the food was amazing

I had a weekend getaway with a group of friends. Overall experience of the group? It was AMAZING! The services from booking the place to departure was impressive. The environment is so clean and the staff are so friendly, professional and responsive. The food was good and always timely. We are definitely going back.

If you're looking for a quiet place to get away for a few days with fun activities to do, then The Palms is for you.

It's a hotel, and a lot of hotels or airbnb's don't offer great entertainment from my little experience.

Yes, some things need a little maintenance like the archery bows and golf course and the sliding door in our room, as well as the issue of the air conditioner not being able to cool our room properly in the day because of the sun that comes in through the top window, it did cool really well as soon as the sun went down, but I think maybe a more powerful AC can help or a way to reduce sunlight coming in, but in general, the place is functional and well kept.

If you love a rustic and modern design, then you'll love the architecture and the rooms. I've never been to a hotel with so many pillows arranged neatly on the bed, I couldn't resist recreating the layout whilst I was there, it was beautiful to see and the bed was solid.

The deluxe room has warm lights to give a nice ambiance at night and the bathroom spacious with a nice design and the hot water shower was superb.

TV was not only working in the room, but connected to DSTV, we were able to watch a couple of films. And the WiFi was working very well.
The best thing about the room to me is sleeping and waking up to the peaceful sound of the sea, make sure you go early morning to watch the sun rise if that's your thing.

The beach is not for swimming as it has rocks but it was still beautiful to sit at the deck and watch the sun rise and the waves do their thing.

There were proper living rooms you could hang out in, with books and magazines to read. I wish I had stayed for a week so I could actually start a novel.

And the games we tried, Archery, Mini golf, Fooseball, Table Tennis, the snooker table not so much, were all really fun to play.

Plus the extra entertainment, interacting with some Bunnies by the golf course. Also look out for the other animals in little ponds if they are still there when you go.

Not to forget the pool, it was clean, not big enough for a water baby like me but it did the job of refreshing the mind. We spent a lot of time swimming and enjoying the cool water in the afternoon, evening, and when the sun rose, all different atmospheres.

We went on a Monday to avoid the weekend jam as we wanted a quiet stay. If you like the buzz, then going in the weekend will be great.

The staff in general were friendly and prompt with their service.

Food was served in good time and the breakfast man, there are more options than just an English breakfast which was really good. Served with enough bread, and vegetables. The food in general was really good and we were happy with our choices.

Great value for money. 👍🏾

One of the best getaway destinations in Ghana. I really had fun. There was no swim guard around so my little brother and sister couldn't swim

Amazing view with a nice view of the sea. Place gets cold at night so remember to dress appropriately if you can’t stand the cold.

The view of the ocean here is so beautiful. Their food is on demand so it delays a bit. Order it as soon as you arrive, it will take a while. Aside that, you'll love the fresh sea breeze.

Absolutely magnificent . A 45 minute drive to the palms and you drive into a secluded peacful private spot . The set up blends into the environment and no comfort has been spared to make one feel relaxed and at home !
The decor is tasteful and unimposing with great outdoor sitting area.

The palms is a breath of fresh air in both style and set up !

Highly recommend a stay for small groups looking for an intimate gate away !

I'll be back for sure!

Beautiful place for a hideout. Good place for a family or group getaway with very serene atmosphere. Food was fantastic! Pool was very clean with an option for the kids as well (kids pool, mini-golf and a couple of slides with a swing). If swimming is not relaxing enough for you, a quiet walk on the beach might be another option. Depending on the time of day the tide might not make that possible but it still an option. Oh and be sure you don't rely heavily on google maps as it gets "confused" with the very final turn to the place.

Has a great cabin-like feel (less of an industrial/hotel feel) if you want to take time away with a group or family. Great for an intimate getaway, the food was good and the staff was attentive.

I enjoyed my time here. Spent hours just staring out into the sea and enjoying the breeze. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food was great too. The breakfast package was okay. The only problem was it was quite difficult to locate them. Regardless, it is an awesome place to spend time with a loved one and relax.

My husband and I visited this place early this month. We wanted a serene coastal resort away from the noise and busyness in the city and The Palms was such an amazing choice! Check-in was flexible enough to suit our needs. The room was clean, very spacious and most importantly, exactly like the photo so we were very impressed. The bathroom was super as it was very tidy with towels and toothbrushes supplied as well as very good local soap (made from honey and oatmeal). There is a water heater, TV, WiFi and air-condition. The manager, Lucy, and all the staff were super helpful and saw to it that all our needs were met.

The only thing to note is that all food is made from scratch so it takes quite a while. Since we knew this, we ordered food in advance so we could have it right on time. There is a nice lawn so you can have your picnic mat ready or take a swim in the pool. There is a nice balcony looking right into the sea with relaxing chairs if you would like some peace and quiet. And you can also walk along the coast if you wish.

The location is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from the Prampram sign on the aflao highway. Google maps was useful in providing directions.

We had such a great experience and we will definitely visit The Palms again!
