Great Boutique Hotel. Not too far from Osu’s busy night life. The room was very spacious with an excellent shower and great Wi-Fi. The staff in particular Maxwell and Veronica went over and above providing an excellent customer service - thank you. Loved the snacks provided by the management nice touch. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

I want to say "thank you" to the staff at Ritzz guest house, especially Maxwell, the primary staff person who helped me during my stay in Ghana. Maxwell and Ritzz were so generous--
They let me leave my bags while I traveled to other parts of Ghana.
They would bring snacks in each night :) like cookies and yogurt. Much appreciated.
And before I left for the airport, Mohamed (manager?) printed my covid test bar code and test results, so I could have a paper copy, which ended up being crucial and streamlining my airport experience.

The location is FANTASTIC, just two minutes down the street to Oxford Street. Breakfast to Breakfast down the street has AC, so that's a nice spot, but better still is Delhi belly a few doors down from Ritzz--really good Indian food.

Back to Ritzz--plenty of hot water, excellent AC, kind staff. Highly recommend. Thank you!

My Husband and I spent a night at this Hotel. The service was phenomenal! The staff were courteous, accommodating to our needs and pleasant to engage with. I'm definitely recommending this Hotel to friends, family and to anyone planning a visit to Accra.

This was my first time at this place in Accra and I really enjoyed it. The staff is overly friendly and helpful, polite and kind.
The rooms are clean and well maintained.
There's 24/7 security so no one can enter or leave without the staff and the security guard knowing about it, so a very safe place to stay.
The location is perfect, far enough away from Oxford Street and all it's noise, yet close enough to be able to walk to most places in Osu.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Accra, whether for a day or weeks.

A gem in the heart of Accra! This place has immaculate and spacious rooms, a perfect location, and most importantly an immensely warm and hospitable staff. I lucked out by finding this place, and it felt more like a home away from home than a hotel. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, and my trip to Accra would not have been as memorable without this place.

Great ambiance, great place to stay! Staffers are warm and courteous, been here many times and I’ll definitely be back!
