Very well designed community. The company has about 9 communities ready and occupied.

Each community is unique and a build on from the previous community but with a modern touch.

Lakeside currently has 2- 4 bedroom homes , some units come with an outhouse.

A Good place to start and raise a family.

There is currently two Police Stations, hospitals, university, basic and secondary schools, market, cardio hospital, a fitness centre (2.5-acres), ECG Service Station, Recreational Centre and technical academy among others facilities available.

You don't need to travel out of the community to get all you need.

There is a Tennis court, football field and a water park . The water park is called marina.

The Roads and drainage need further improvement.

Lakeside estate is nice and conducive environment for class of persons. You have to good roads, event center and supermarket for your grocery shopping.

Lovely estate,what I love most about this estate is the quiet serene and how the houses have been built,that privacy and quietness is all you need to be sane in this noisy part of the country

Good customer service and nice environment

Nice estate with a gym, recreational centers and even soccer pitches for the soccer lovers. The road need a little more work on them as at now that I speak but the good news is they are occasionally worked on so chances are they will be fixed by the time you are reading this review.

Wow, this estate is well established and demarcated, well laid out with the design of beautiful buildings that are awesome, and living in such an estate cool and security is assured. I love this place
