I just like how this store is so friendly l, from the first time you walk through their entrance , the satisfaction is amazing, an attendance is always ready to take your enquiries, through to asking for a discount. Price wise I think they are competitive always ready to take a little off the price just to make sure every customers need is satisfied. Anyway, that's my experience I don't know about others.

I've once bought a Bosch refrigerator that had a fan problem. Bosch did not give good service and because of that, Get4Less no longer sells Bosch.

I have bought a power protector and after more then a year I thought it was broken, because it was off. Went to Get4Less to buy another one and in stead of selling me a new one, they just explained I had to click on a button on the back. (and of course no charge for that)

I recently bought 3 Airco's and asked Get4Less if they could install them. They knew someone who could do it and the Airco's are placed professionally and are working fine.

At this shop you know they will give you advice and they are there for you when you get a problem with the product you have bought.

Nice showrooms, friendly staff, affordable prices, active online shopping and they do door-to-door delivery too, in case your item is larger or heavy to carry all by yourself.....

If you think the Lebanese in West Africa can be arrogant and rude go say hi to Get4Less's manager Rami. He's the nicest guy who treats Ghanaians and Westerners with the same courtesy and respect. He is thinking long term, trying to ensure his prices are the lowest in town. He can't always beat Jumia but he can come close and, unlike Jumia, if something goes wrong Rami will personally make sure your problem is solved.
