Superannuation hall, UCC

It is now called UCC Superannuation Hall.
It one of a kind in UCC. it has modern facilities to make life good on campus.
All the rooms have it own washroom and kitchen.
Some rooms are suitable for 3, 2 and single in a room.
This hall has elevator to take you to the last floor, 6th floor.
Very beautiful architectural design.
Oh and one more thing, CCTV cameras are all over to ensure maximum security.

Has a good and serene environment

I had the pleasure of staying at Superannuation Hall for two semesters, and I must say, my experience was quite positive. The location of the hostel was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and a range of shops and restaurants nearby.

The hostel itself was kept very clean and well-maintained, with regular cleaning and sanitation practices in place. I felt safe and secure at all times, with security cameras and 24-hour security personnel on site. The amenities were also great, with fast and reliable Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and communal areas such as a lounge and study room.

The living experience was comfortable, with adequate space for each resident and proper ventilation. Noise control measures were also in place, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment for studying and sleeping.

The staff at the hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns I had. They were also very responsive to resident needs, ensuring that any issues were addressed promptly and efficiently.

Overall, I would highly recommend Superannuation Hall to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment during their studies. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

Huge hall with conference halls and shops.

A unique residence for students of the university of cape coast...

Largest hall and structure on UCC campus. Building is well furnished with spacious rooms including study rooms, guest rooms, conference rooms, and infirmary. Wide corridors monitored by CCTV cameras. Not too steep climbing stairs and elevator available if you want to skip the stairs.

It's a hostel for students. There food 🍕 sold here too.

Good and comfortable place to stay. But the elevator is not working so staying at the fourth and fifth floors will be challenging.

The best hall on the campus of UCC

One of beautiful place i have been on ucc campus. Place is awesome. Went there for a business conference.With nice location too. But i learnt it of the expensive hostels on campus but it will be worth it.

Great facilities. They've got literally everything. Waiting lounges, gym, laundry room, conference rooms, you name it.

This place is so cool, friendly and efficient staff. Quite clean. Proper layout plus exit systems. Ready and available access to transport service around make staying here enjoyable!

Spacious rooms.

The place is very Expensive and Cool. You don't need to go outside the hall to purchase things everything is within the Hall that make it more special than the other halls.

This place is a hostel facility for students. Ranges from one in a room to 4 in a room. Self-contained rooms with a balcony. Nice environment with neat surroundings.

This place is my hostel. The place is very nice and neat with all you need to feel comfortable. Though far from campus but you feel secured when you are in this hostel.
