I had the worst experience there on Tuesday, 8th August 2023. I went there because someone was trying to withdraw money from my account and I had also lost my card. I was then asked to go sign up for another card aside waiting more than an hour. I went back and was asked to wait. Another 30mins of waiting and the guy said he couldn't find my application so I should do it again. While clearly he had it a while back when I went to sit behind the desk with my new card in front of him. So many back and forth, I finally got my card after nearly three hours. And some kept leaving their work to converse with people they knew who came to the bank. And then I was asked to activate my card without getting the code. My card got stuck in the ATM for a while. And the security men were in charge of asking clients to go to the desk and that's how they kept missing those who were sitting there longer.
