Hotel Staff are very pleasant and always eager to help. The room I slept in was quite spacious, and the bed quite roomy. However, the mattress was not as comfortable as I would like. My A/C was also non-functional. Alas, due to the full booking of the place, I had to stay as is. They also had no working WiFi. Plus, cellphone reception was terrible. The Hotel rates on the other hand was very good.
