Afro Beach Eco Resort Butre

What am perfect place to stay when traveling in the western region.
Directly at the seeside.
This resort is run by a family. Dora is an excellent cook. Solomon and her son Benjamin took us around to Butre Hills to see the sunset, to Busua and to Fort Batenstein. Is was great.

Beautiful place, cosy rooms, nice people, delicious seafood, clean beach and water and a spectacular view. Don't miss paradise!!!!

Francis and his team have created a small paradise on a magnificent beach next to Butre village.

We stayed at the Afro Beach for 2 nights and had a pleasant and relaxing time. From the first welcome to checkout everything was great and Francis and the whole team care about the guests very personally and individually.

The room was spacious and clean and a nice bathroom with shower.

The restaurant offers good international and local options for affordable prices. The complimentary breakfast is good and the best moment was sipping a good coffee (french press) in the morning and watching the waves and fisherman on their boats and enjoying the peaceful environment.

The beach views and walking the beach to the sunset is just breathtaking.

A short walk to visit Butre village with friendly people and kids playing, many colorful fisher-boats and a wooden bridge which is an adventure itself ;)

We stayed in October 2021 at Affro Beach, and it was just amazing. The location is outstanding and the host did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The chef is brilliant, the best thing is to let him cook his favorite food. You won't regret it.

Love the place, Francis and his team are really doing a great job, have visited twice and am definitely going to visit again. The fooooooood is greaaaaaatttttt. The environment and the beach are just amazing.

I was there for 3 nights and I really had a nice time with my partner. Very serene atmosphere and friendly services. Ask for little Sonia when u go if u want to be entertained.

Great place to be, visited several times and was all great. The place is awesome for a relaxation getaway, the sea gives a very good breeze which makes it perfect for reflecting. Great customer service, although there is not a large variety of good the chef tries to do something to your preference. The only issue is the data connectivity in the area not being so great but all in all its a nice place you should visit.

The owners were very welcoming, the beach views were 10/10, the service was amazing as well. The food was extremely delicious. The owner was also helpful in taking us around Takoradi. Well appreciated

This is 1-2 km drive from fantas folly, next to hideout. The road is OK to to drive but it will give a thought that let's go back..but once you enter, u will be relaxed. It's a clean beach although not flat but a bit deep. Don't go too far. Ambience is nice. Host is amazing. Food you can get quickly. Lovely ambience to eat. Volley ball.. U can play. Price is 240, 250 and 260 ghc for different rooms. Club beer is 10 ghc. Scrambled egg and toast is 25 ghc. Francis is the owner. U can find many Europeans chilling there.

If the natural paradise is not enough, the welcome and hospitality at Afro Beach will make your stay even magical. The food is 5-star quality, cold drinks, clean rooms, reliable utilities, everything you need for every type of break. Thank you Afro Beach and see you very soon!

We had a very pleasant stay at Afro Beach, march 2020. The owner, Francis, is very friendly en hospitable. We had a great view from our room (even from our bed!) en we've seen many birds in the "backyard".
We recommend his place, althought it is new and therefore the vegetation is still small. We grant Francis that he can make his dream come true at this beautiful spot.

I stayed here mid august and wow a little piece of paradise. If your looking for stunning views, right on the beach with a fabulous host. You’ve found the right place. It is beautiful and you must visit. An idyllic little hide away

Food is greaaaat...Location, peaceful and offers a lot of privacy.Rooms are neat and cozy enough.Francis (The Local Boy) is such a greeat host🥰.Do visit... It's home away from home.We enjoyed our visit.Music was perfect too🤗🌴🌴🌴

A wonderful place, ideal for relaxing. Nice bar, good rooms, a wonderful beach, surrounded by nature and fresh air. You only hear the waves and some birds. Special places on the beach with sun protection for yoga.

It was an excellent experience from the owner and staffs, especially their responds to client requests. The environment and facility cleanliness is superb. Thumps up guys. Salute.

If you're in love with nature calm n serenity this is the place to be rooms r only with fan but A/C isn't needed

The environment is clean the bar attendant is very much friendly and having a good meal with good customership smiling all the time

Perfect break away or long stay... Excellent hospitality and pet friendly...
