Extremely unresponsive. Posts Ads on marketplaces and 99% of the time the item is no longer available, but they do not bother to remove the listing but instead continue to boost it each day. I have made numerous visits to their store under the pretenses of them having an item only to have wasted my time. This is not a serious business - if you respect your time I would advise you to go elsewhere.
